Don't go here unless you want to be taken advantage of. I went there today to buy a 2008 Chrysler 300. It only books out at $7200 and that's high end. They are asking $9850 for a car that's only worth $7200. They told me they could only come down to $8500 for a car that is only worth $7200. And I was planning on trading in my car which is a 2014 so it is six years newer and my car books out at $12000. They offered to only pay off my car which is $9000 so I would have immediately lost $3000 on my car, and then paid $1300 more than their Chrysler 300 is worth. So all and all I would have lost $4300 right off the bat. When I refused they turned me away. As soon as they realized that I had knowledge and knew my stuff and they were going to be able to take advantage of me they refused to work with me and told me to leave. They will only work with you if they can take advantage of you. Furthermore they lied to me multiple times. I have the apps for all three major credit bureaus on my phone. All three have my credit score in the 700's the "manager" told the salesman that when he ran my credit that my credit score is only 630 which is a lie. I even showed the salesman my credit scores on all three apps. Also I told them that I would only finance through my credit union. And the manager told the salesman that he sent it to my credit union and my credit union came back and said that they would only approve me if I put $3000 down. As soon as I left I called my credit union and they said that not only did the dealership not send them anything but nobody at my credit union told them I needed to put $3000 down. So not only are they crooks but they are liars too. The salesman I was working with was very nice. He even pulled me aside privately and told me that they were trying to take advantage of me. It's the manager there that is a knucklehead. And to top it off I lost 9 points on my credit today. So all in all I didn't even buy a car from them and they still managed to take advantage of me. What an absolute rip off. Do not ever go here! They are crooks!!!

Esiah and David (manager I’m pretty sure) were so attentive and listened to my concerns and even offered me alternatives. They made sure the car I bought included everything I wanted and was looking for! Amazing customer service and they were extremely patient and professional. I will be returning for any purchases I make in the future! 10/10 would recommend!

Our Sales guy David Suljic (and Tim) was great. He was attentive and helpful. The rest of the dealership was so so. We didn't feel like the managers were "hearing us". They tried to charge a ridiculous amount for some extras that we didn't ask for (and were already on the used car). When we asked for a discount, they "Threw In" those items to make us feel like they gave us something. They did give us $1000 off of the $53K car. So I guess they heard us a little bit. They added their oil change package and insisted that we had to purchase it. It's not a horrible deal, but I would rather choose whether to purchase such things. We also waited for a very long time to get into the finance office. For some reason they only had one guy on a Saturday. We spent over 8 hours at the dealership. We love our car! We loved David! But the rest wasn't the best experience we have had at a dealership. We would probably go back if they had a car we really liked, but we wouldn't go out of our way to patronize them again.

I'm happy for all the attention that sales agent Lola gave me. We worked for many months until I could make the decision to buy a car. She was always so attentive, and she always responded to my messages. She worked tirelessly with management so we could get a good deal. Furthermore, if you speak English, Spanish or Portuguese she can also help you. I will be a client of Lola for more business in the future. Exceeded my expectations.

The service/oil change portion was awesome! But, how cheap is this... after the service they give me a coupon for a "Mr Hot shine car Wash". I proceeded the car wash and I noticed that there's no "Hot shine* or anything provided with this car wash. My car looked better before it went through the car wash. I would have rather just had the dealership sprayed off with a garden hose.

I don't even want to give one star! I bought the car Chevy Malibu 2018 from them. The manager Luis and the sales guy promised me they would fix any problems with the battery if it happened when I bought it.Yesterday they said I need to change the new battery. The service provider, Paul, said he can't help me with that and they didn't work anymore so he can't do anything for that. They didn't even care about their responsibility for customers. They just took my money $190 for diagnosing my car. What a shame Ken Garff Hyundai!Don't buy the card from them. They all will lie to you to purchase their broken cars.

Breidan Holland is amazing! He came highly recommended from a colleague, and after working with him to lease a car, I know why he came so highly recommended. His customer service was excellent. He was helpful, responsive to all my questions, and super professional and polite. He worked hard to get me into my car of choice before I ever even went to the dealership. He was knowledgeable and fun to work with! Ask for Breidan when you are ready to get a car!

I understand changing your EV chargers from being free to costing to charge because you guys deserve to be making money on it too. But jacking up the price to $1/KW and $1/minute, instead of the typical 10-30¢/kw and only charging time after the charge is completed that most other chargers in the area are costing is extremely shady. At that rate it would cost me approximately $120 to charge my car one time, approx $14.60 per gallon compared to a 30 mpg car. It would seem that going from a completely free charger to costing this extreme amount is a shady way to try to make a quick extra hundred dollars on everybody that doesn't notice right off the bat.

Takes advantage of buyers. Guilty of sneaky bundling and poor customer service. Manipulative and condescending sales techniques. Tried to sell a near salvaged title by their own admission without proper discounting and transparency. This dealership definitely keeps the slimy car salesman stereotype alive.

We had a great car buying experience with David (sales) and John (finance). David answered more questions than any sales person ever. John was so good to us with paperwork and our kids running around his office while we signed.Would I say we got a killer deal in terms of price? no. But cars are expensive right now. That part would have been the same at any dealership. However, what we did get is excellent customer service. They worked all of our paperwork up while we took our kids home for nap and when we got back to the dealership it was a relatively quick process to close. The 5 stars was earned when, after buying the car, we misunderstood some of its features and came back. A sales person and the service manager came out to explain the parts and features. Their patience and respectful attitude towards me was so helpful. The questions we had were erroneous and they could have made me feel like an idiot but they treated me with dignity and I really appreciate it. Thanks Garff Hyundai!

Ken Graff Hyundai downtown is the worst dealership that i’ve experienced in Utah. One of the dealers (her name was Laola) was so rude to me. I know negotiation process is sometimes not easy but it does not mean the dealer can be rude to me. And they always make me wait at least 30 minutes and didnt show up even though i made appointments. If possible, don’t make the deal here, i could get a better offer from other dealership and they are very polite to me. Worst dealership ever. Don’t recommend

Our car was towed to Ken garff by our insurance. We called prior to it arriving, about 7:30 am. They scheduled a time to look at the car and verify what we already knew what was wrong. The scheduled time was 3:30 pm, long after it arrived. We called at 4:45 and was told that they were not able to get to it and will first thing Monday morning. We called again at 10:00 am. Monday, still they had not looked at it yet promised to make it happen so we could proceed.. we called 3 mor times with no response. Finally after we got done at work (4:45 pm), we called. Again like before we were told to hold on while they checked. The person came back and said that it was torn apart, and the tech was preforming a diagnosis. Which consisted of the expected result. Also that the repairs are being done. We questioned the gentleman, because we were originally told that nothing would be done until we approved the price. We had a feeling that we were getting the runaround. We showed up within a few minutes and asked to see the car. They man who we spoke with said he was the assistant service manager. He tried to put us off but we insisted on seeing our car. So we proceeded back to the service department and the car was not there. Soon the car started to be pulled in for it's diagnosis. At which time we had caught him in his lie. I got in the car and drove home. Ken garff doesn't HEAR YOU, BECAUSE THEY DON'T LISTEN.

Went in and spent about 20 mins looking at one particular car in the showroom - it would have been an easy commission for any salesperson because we knew what we wanted, and we were ready to buy it right there.Unfortunately, 20 minutes passed and not a single hello, hi, hey, how are you, have you been helped? ... not from the receptionist or either of the 2 sales men with no customers in front of or on the phones with them... The absolute lack of initial acknowledgment made us worry about what the long-term customer relationship would be like, so we left.

(SALES)Braiden in sales was so helpful and patient with me! Even though I didn’t end up buying a car from him, he was so professional and kind about it! He really pulled a lot of strings to try and help get me the right car! I can’t recommend him enough! The facility is way nice, just sometimes difficult to find parking because they have a lot of inventory and it’s downtown. Overall: great experience, professional sales team, clean facility.

Recently bought a vehicle from Ken Garff Hyundai Downtown. Giovanny was awesome to work with. John in finance was amazing as well. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
