My husband wanted to replace his 21 year old Toyota Tacoma with another pickup with more technology than an airbag and power windows. Toyota is dropping the V6 and replacing it with a turbo 4 or a hybrid. They won't be out until next year. The local dealer wouldn't budge 5 cents below full MSRP and full price on some non-negotiable, unwanted, dealer installed options. My husband has owned Tacomas since 1992 but looked at Nissan. He chose the Frontier, King Cab, 6 ft. bed, SV, V6, 4x4, white, with the Tech. pkg and the Convenience pkg. He test drove a 2023 King Cab 2wd to make sure it would fit in our garage. It's larger than the Tacoma but with a little rearranging, it did fit. There are no 2024's in that configuration, in Colorado, yet. There is one that meets his spec. on the way, expected arrival sometime in Jan. There is one currently at Ken Garff Nissan in Salt Lake City, 534 miles away.He contacted the dealer and got a price from Harold Ramos. The Frontier was way cheaper than the Tacoma. During their conversation, Harold mentioned he had a service dept. loner approaching 10K miles, at which point it would be sold as used. It was a 2023 with everything my husband wanted, plus several more desirable options, including off-road steps and a stylish sport bar. Harold sent numerous pictures. The truck looked almost new. They discussed pricing. The price seemed fair. The sales manager included shipping, all-weather floor mats, and locking lug nuts. They also performed the 10K service and had the truck certified Pre-owned. The tires had plenty of life left. The Car Fax report (which they included) showed the one fleet owner and all the maintenance history.Buying a used truck, sight unseen, out of state is a little scary. We checked dealer reviews. The reviews were either love or hate without many in the middle. On the poor reviews the dealer replied and offered the reviewer a name to contact to make it right. If the problems were indeed "made right," the reviewer should have gone back and updated their review. We stayed positive and decided to buy the used 2023.Harold and the others at Ken Garff Nissan were terrific to work with. Besides Harold, my husband worked with Michael, the Sales Mgr; Nick in Finance; and Tracie in Accounting. Harold always quickly replied to our texts, even on his day off. Everyone we worked with was very responsive and professional. My husband got a written price on Thursday, he made a deposit via credit card on Friday, wired the money on Monday ,and the truck was put on transport the following Thursday evening. It arrived at our house the next morning. The entire process (sale and delivery) was painlessly completed in just 9 days. All the documents were either texted, e-signed or sent via Fed-ex. The vehicle has a temporary plate so we can drive it while we wait for the Utah DMV to send the title. Harold even put the temp. plate inside the back window so it wouldn't get stolen.Aside from being a little dirty from the open trailer delivery, through the Rocky Mountains in the winter, the truck is exactly as promised. Harold helped us get the Apple Car Play working. It's not a 2024 but it didn't cost anywhere near as much and looks to be in really fine condition.We would recommend Harold Ramos and Ken Garff Nissan without hesitation. 2/10 don't recommend I bought a car back in April of 2023, that had an air bag light on.. Paul of Nissan assured me the air bag light would be taken to be shut off after I purchased the car. It is now November of 2023 and Paul didn't hold up his end.. don't deal with men who can't hold their word. I wouldn't buy from here again and will not be recommending anyone to buy from here. I especially wouldn't buy from Paul.

Got a second car from them in 11 years. They don't cheat on price like other Nissan dealer in a valley. All issues were addressed in my favor. Highly recommend doing business with them.

I worked with Greta, and she was the best. She constantly communicated with me on the updates of the cars' arrival at the shop. She answered all of my questions and more. She explained everything to me that I needed to know about buying the car and the details of the car. I would recommend her to anyone looking to by a Nissan vehicle. The experience with her was excellent and she made me so excited to drive a Nissan for the first time. If I could give her a raise or a bonus I definitely would. She was more than just a salesperson, she also became a friend. 100/100!!!

The recall was done right. The service was nice. I don't like the push to buy things I don't need and that are overpriced that I've had the previous 2 visits. I don't trust bringing my car here anymore, but it's my only option, so I don't have any other chance. I have a Leaf, it does not need oil change or filters.

These folks took good care of us. Jackson listened to what we needed and was very patient as we made our decision. They managed to find what we wanted and get it here quickly. I was very impressed and would recommend them highly.

Justin was my technician and got a recall complete quickly and was extremely through in the inspection. Colton helped me at the desk and knew what he was doing and built great rapport! They also did a complementary check on my car which I really appreciate. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic, comprehensive service. Brad made this whole experience easy to understand and manage. Loved the video assessment sent to me showing all the codes that were coming up for the check engine light. Great knowing that we were getting an honest assessment.

Needed repairs and service on two Altimas. There are two prominent Nissan Dealerships, and based on the reviews chose Ken Garff. The other based on reviews is terrible.When we walked in we were immediatly greeted and directed to service. Then again when we got to service immediatly greeted and helped.The cars are traveled and loaded heavy from NJ.Wasn't sure if we were going to be able to get appts as it was closer to the end of the day and we were just walk-ins. But that presented no problem as we were able to get in immediately.I know I've been using that word alot but everything was on point..service, people, standards.Needed to get brakes, tire balancing, fuel injector cleaner (recommend if ur car doesn't feel like your car), transmission fluids flushed and replaced.I love the fact that the tech sends you a custom video and goes over your vehicle. SHOUT OUT SEAN!! Never had this done b4 and I've been to several Nissan dealerships.Both vehicles were serviced perfectly and the cars feel closer to factory than they have in a couple years.Can't Thank the Ken Garff Team enough for their time and attention to everything that matters. Will not hesitate to go here again.Thank you Brad for making us feel welcome, heard, and confident in the service provided. ?

I had an exceptional experience with the service and maintenance team for my car. The team was not only highly skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly. What a GREAT experience! It started off with Michael Hansen. We showed up right before they were closing and Michael was very professional and welcoming with us. Michael never rushed us and did a great job of walking us through the process. Michael got amazing help from his Sales Manager Sam Beck. Sam was FANTASTIC as he helped us get to where we wanted to be on the vehicle. I have not had the greatest time buying cars from local dealers so the last 3 that I purchased have been out of state because I didn't want to have to get up and leave the dealership 5 times before they took me seriously. I had the opposite experience with Michael and Sam. The deal was quick and painless. If you are looking for a great experience buying a car, don't think twice and go see Michael and Sam. They are awesome...

I want to give a huge thank you to Brad and Nathan who helped me. Brad was very kind and when I brought up any concerns, was veey reassuring. Nathan, the mechanic, was very quick but also helpful. I will be coming back and hopefully these two people can help me again. I noticed Brad worked extra hard: answering phones while helping customers, walking people to their cars, and walking through what was done. I feel like Brad went above and beyond and he should get a raise. The Salt Lake dealership is 10 times better than the Nissan one in Murray. Again, huge thank you to Brad and Nathan. If I can remember their names, it's because they did something right!
