I came in to find a gift for my granddaughters. I had a horrible time with Kelly. She interrupted me when I tried to explain what I was looking for and was very unhelpful. The only reason I give this review three stars is because the assistant manager, Rachel, overheard our conversation, saw my growing frustration and stepped in to help. She was kind, listened to what I needed, and with her knowledge of the jewelry was able to get me exactly what I was searching for. We need more employees like Rachel at every store!

Kelli W. is one of the most personable sales staff I’ve ever been in contact with. She is very knowledgeable about the jewelry and has an eye for fashion and detail. She has great suggestions for myself and others that I may need a gift for. We have much in common and she makes my shopping experience very pleasant. I won’t shop anywhere else for my jewelry needs. Kelli is the best!!

I have a hard time knowing what to buy my wife when it comes to jewelry, there are just too many options. But after speaking with Kelli, she always points me in the right direction! She asks questions and is very knowledgeable about the products she sells, it’s always a positive experience when she’s there to help! As long as she’s there, she’s got my business!!

I came in a few days ago and had to come on here to write a review because I couldn't stop thinking about how good of an experience I had. A woman named Rachel greeted me and she was like walking sunshine. She was so kind and enthusiastic, and really took the time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for. She had such a great knowledge of not only what products were on the floor, but also what was online. She helped me find exactly what I wanted, AND made sure it looked good on me/suited my skin tone and coloring. 10/10 would absolutely come back as long as Rachel is still around. She was the best.

I’ve never been treated so kindly in any retail store in my entire life. And the best part is that it was genuine kindness. They made me feel so special on my birthday. Their service is out of this world! 100% recommend shopping here! And their pieces are stunning! Thank you guys for making my birthday so special!

My first time at a Kendra Scott store ever and it was a wonderful experience. I got to make my own necklace, rose gold and a blue opal :) looks gorgeous. I will always remember this as part of my first time in Utah as well. This mall was amazing!

Just had the best customer service experience with Rachel at the Kendra Scott store in Salt Lake. She was so helpful, my daughter was having a little issue with her bracelet and no questions asked Rachel greeted us and helped my daughter with her bracelet. Buying a Christmas gift from Kendra Scott in City Creek was an amazing experience! Uriah was very nice and welcoming when helping me pick out the perfect jewelry to send to my mom and two sisters for the holidays. There is stylish and affordable jewelry all throughout the store, and would highly recommend everyone to come shop here.

I went into the store today trying to find a last minute Christmas gift and Uriyah helped me so much to find the perfect necklace. She was really sweet and didn’t make me feel like a total idiot for not knowing what I wanted. I’d definitely go back for the customer service alone!

I’ve shopped here a few times and each one has been an awesome experience. The staff are very helpful in finding and making my perfect sets. The store is always clean and the displays are great!! They can take my paycheck anytime.
