This keybank location is right by city creek mall. It's very nice.I got lucky and a nice employee named Casey helped me set up a new checking account.Casey even got me some new customer promo deals. So far everything is going good. I'm happy I chose this location. They are even nice to me when I call them on the phone.I'll return to this location for my banking in the future.

Whitney Conner was unbelievably helpful. Hours of hold time fixed by one visit to her expertise.

I can second what Nate said. I have been a customer for over 15 years and suddenly they starting charging me service fees out of nowhere. I went into the branch and asked Joshua why they would suddenly start charging me these fees if I don't make 5 transactions per month (which they weren't charging me in the past) and he basically didn't have an answer and just said, "If you go with the newer checking account we won't charge you these fees". He said nothing could be done to refund him because "the system wouldn't allow it". Funny how the system can be changed to start charging me money but can't allow me to be refunded my money.

Opened an account with the understanding that there would be no fees as long as a minimum monthly direct deposit requirement met. Over several months, tried to set up my online account many times so I could turn off paper statements (paperless is my strong preference), but the web site always gave me an unknown error. The other day I noticed that Key charges a fee for every paper statement mailed out. This branch refused to refund or waive any of the fees, saying it was impossible, even though other banks have waived fees for me in the past and even though it was their web site error that forced me into paper statements. There are hundreds of banks and credit unions to choose from, and there is no cost to switch. Any bank resorting to nickel and dime tactics and unwilling to be flexible does not deserve to keep their customers.
