I LOVE this branch. Big thanks to Larry for all he does. He genuinely cares about people and makes you feel like family. I’ve always loved Ari and the environment she brings to the bank, but I was ready to find a new bank because I didn’t feel like I was being heard. Adding Larry to the team was a top notch decision. He did everything in his power to make sure my family and I were taken care of. I’ve never had a banker who took the time to actually get to know me and my wife, but Larry did just that. I was hesitant to go in and look over things when Larry called, but Ari and Larry took their time to explain everything to us and they made sure we were being taken care of and getting the most out of our relationship with the bank. I’m excited he’s my banker and would highly recommend this branch and Larry personally to anyone looking for someone who really cares about their financial well being. I’m not sure who reads bank reviews but I personally wanted to shoutout Ari and her amazing team! These bankers genuinely care and are so personable. This branch strives in customer service, I don’t bother visiting others because they have become my “home” bank. I always feel so welcomed each time I come in either help with financial planning, monthly visits for rent and the like. Thanks guys for everything!

Poor customer service with employees don't know what they are doing. The bank itself has poor services as well.

This has been my branch for 20 years now. I've had a couple of issues over the years that pushed me to consider changing banks, but from what I can tell all banks suck so there isn't much point in moving. I get dinged on monthly fees a couple of times a year which wipes out any interest I earned. Last time I was in the branch I made a pretty big deposit and they put a 2 week hold on the entire amount. I explained I needed to make payroll and asked if they could release 10 percent of it or so. Ended up in a heated argument but they finally agreed. That was in 2009 and I haven't set foot inside since.

Rather friendly experience. I had a bit of a complex case so it took me longer than usual to open up an account, but a simpler one would have gone much faster.

This Key Bank's manager, Tom Kewell lied to me about giving $50 to me for getting my wife to open an account and $50 to her for opening it. We never got a thing. I would bug him on a weekly basis for the next year, and he continued lying, saying he was looking into it, but he never did.

Temporary cards are either a hit or miss. I've had it work on a 7/11, but not at Wendy's. (I wanted Chicken Nuggets!) But I suppose I shouldn't have been spending money anyway, so I guess thank you.

The customer service was amazing! They helped me not only cash a check but they even helped me set up an account while being some of the most friendly people i've ever met! I love these guys. They are awesome!
