Called here recently and asked a simple question about a new checking account. The employee named Andrew was snappy and rude and told me that I couldn't have any blank checks if I open up a new account.I went to a different location in person, and was treated very very nice.I will not be going to this location - ever.Way to go Andrew, good job scaring away new customers!

This is my neighborhood branch for my work deposits & I bank with KeyBank personally also and Clay is my favorite person to see at this location when I go to take deposits for work. He is always so friendly and helpful! I definitely appreciate his patience and willingness to get me taken care of in a timely manner. You rock Clay! Thank you!!! ? p.s he deserves a raise lol ☺️

Clay has been wonderful to help me with my banking needs. He is so welcoming and kind and makes the experience going to the bank awesome every week I come in. I have never had a bank employee remember my name but he welcomes me in weekly greeting me with my name and I truly appreciate that. Very impressed with Clay!

Always treated with sincere friendliness and respect. My transactions are all ridiculously low budge. But am treated like a big money bag capitalist depositor regardless. I get the same service, as say, Big D-bag t-rumps red hat traitor might receive. Now that’s just alright.

Horrible location to visit. Clay is one of the slowest reps I've ever worked with. It's worth the drive to another location. Slow service. Incompetent advisors and for all the time I spend working with your bank this place is never good for interactions. Made me feel like I I'd never been on the account. Take your business to another location it's worth it

I have had accounts in various banks over the years but this paticular branch of KeyBank is the best in the USA.Most of my banking is out of other Key bank branches in Alaska, Ohio, Colorado, and other states because I'm in the trucking industry. But without going into details, the staff and management of 410 E S, SLC is second to none. I assure you that if it is within their power to help you with your banking needs they will help you!

This location in particular would earn a 0/5 stars from me, if that was an option. I’ve interacted with the staff here several times over the last few years but the last was the final straw. The teller tried telling me I didn’t have an account with Keybank when I went to make a withdrawal. I insisted I did, I’ve had an account for almost 20 years, it wasn’t until the manager got involved were they able to locate it after 10 minutes. Seriously? After making the withdrawal, the manager asked if I’d be interested in applying for a line of credit, I politely declined and the manager literally said “Do you even know what a line of credit is?” I’ve since closed all my Keybank accounts and now bank with a credit union and couldn’t be happier. It was worth the hassle of switching!

I am so glad that I can finish almost everything either online or using the ATM machine so I do not need to deal with this branch staff. To be fair, some of them are very professional and friendly but very few need to hide inside and do not deal with the customers.

I have had a fraudulent transaction (not the banks fault) on my account. If that weren't stressful enough, the staff has not been empathetic to the situation at all. The "relationship manager" seems so annoyed when I come in to get help and updates on my account and money. Everything I've been told in the process of the fraud case is only half right or only partial information. Im not happy and im ready to close my account that I've had for over 5 years.

In this branch most off the office members have a bad attitude they ignore me alot of time the lady even I just spoke to her she is not understanding what I'm talking to her and she even not ready to help me because she doesn't want to I have so bad experience with this branch I hope her supervisor can teach her how to speak to people
