Can’t recommend this daycare enough! This was the first time we left our baby anywhere and at 3 months that was really hard to do. They were really reassuring to us that he was in the best care. They are really patient especially with the babies and they play and sing with them. They also have fun children’s events like their Halloween parade. All things considered we had a great experience there and I highly recommend them.

We love this daycare. The last daycare we went to had such high turnover so we were so relieved that our son’s teacher, Monica, has been teaching here for years and has so much experience with little ones. She has always been so warm and caring towards our son and all the kids in class. She’s helped us handle hard drop offs and I’ve always felt confident she is taking great care of our kid.

The Team at Kid Care Co. are truly the best, they are sweet and loving. Being compassionate about ALL the children in their care with tenacious love and vigilance to the security of our little people. My 2 year old has blossomed so much while going here. It's been nearly a year of being with Kid Care Co. and our family's experience has been nothing short of amazing. Offering for babies to school age, my child[ren] will grow up at this school as she has made little life long friends and teacher's that she loves. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome, secure, and loved.

We love Kid Care! The staff is amazing with our little guy. The facility is always clean and always decorated. When we drop our boy off he's smiling and when we pick him up he's smiling. I would recommend Kid Care for anyone in search of an amazing place and staff.

We were enrolled here for 7 years between our two children and had wonderful experiences; however, last month they reassigned our child's 4- teacher to the other center and for the next week and a half, there was a different person in that classroom every morning. Three days (a Wednesday) into the "transition" we were called to pick our child up because he (at 4.5 years old) would not stay on his nap map. They told us there was a history of bad behavior, and told us the behavior could not continue. We entered the center 2x daily and were never once told of any issues, and our son's file was completely empty of any indication or incident report. The following week on Tuesday we were given a letter saying we had until the end of the month (about 4 weeks away) to work on the behavior or they would be forced to terminate his care. At this point there was still no consistency in the class. The very next day we were called away from work again to pick him up, as he would not settle at naptime. At 7 p.m. that evening, we were sent an email saying our care was terminated immediately. Within 7 days we went from having no idea there were issues, to being terminated after 7 years. We referred multiple families to this center, treated their staff on multiple occasions a year, and really enjoyed the individual teachers our children had, but once the owner and manager set their sites on you child, consider removing them immediately. Our son has flourished after being removed and I only wish we had done it sooner.

Positives-Staff is kindNegatives-Not sanitary (more often then not I would see a sick kid that they wouldn't send home. This made it so my daughter was sick all the time and I would have to keep her home)-poorly planned lessons ( My daughter came from a learning daycare where she learned so many things. I felt the classes at KidCare were not as productive and learning inducing)-Multiple teachers (Due to employment struggles the teacher was never the same.)-lack of communication. (I never knew what was happening in class or how my daughter was doing. I often asked and was told they didn't know. All of these are things that I could overlook as she made friends and seemed to enjoy it. Overall I would have left a 3 star, not the best but not bad. The reason for the one start is below. My little attended their daycare for 7 months and in that time I was never told anything other then she had a good day.Out of the blue, we were given a letter stating she was no longer welcome back at daycare. She had been hitting and had not been listening to her teachers. As a preschool teacher myself, I can understand needing to remove a disruptive child from class. I cannot understand how I as the parent was not given any notification of my daughter having problems. If she is hitting and hurting other children I should have been told immediately, a plan should have been put in place to create a learning inducing area. The behavior should have been worked on at home. Failing to communicate with the parents when your handbook states it will is not only unprofessional but also scary, what else was I not being told about? What else in your handbook are you not doing? The lack of communication about my daughter having problems is very unprofessional. as far as we knew my daughter was behaving and was doing well. Kid care choosing to kick a child out without giving the child any chance to change their behavior yells 2 things. 1. They do not have the skills to deal with common behavior problems that most 3 year olds go through. 2. They are comfortable with poor communication which will lead to someone getting hurt.

In response to Camille Munoz, our teachers are trained to the max and we send multiple teachers on field trips at a time. Please call us, and discuss this issue with us asap. We would love to remedy this situation.

Really friendly place. The staff is super friendly and caring. They could do with a few more reading and learning activities, but on the whole our six year old really likes this day care and we feel good leaving him there all day.

As I watch the group play around the park.. As they get ready to leave the teacher smacks a little boy in the face. WTF.. That is totally unacceptable for a child care provider. I know after seeing that I would never send my kids to this location.

Jan 2018 - "They'd speak to me with attitude. Discriminated my child, sent her home twice with no cause of illnesses and had to get a doctor's note stating nothing was wrong with her to have them continue caring for my child... Initially there was no issue. Bad communication skills. This is without mentioning DDI Advantage and EHS. (They're the best and grateful of them)"Feb 2019 - I don't want steer people away from this day care. From what I was going through I forgot to mention the good potential they have. The facility is secured, if they think your child is sick they send them home right away so he other kids don't get sick and serve kids after 4 o'clock if they stay later than that. Compared to Learning Tree on 900 E and 4500 s. I miss this daycare .

Awesome day care! The staff is amazing and treats my baby like their own. I was so nervous to put my toddler in a day care with it being her first time but it's been a great experience! Monica is the sweetest and is so gentle with my baby! We love this day care!
