To be transparent, my child never actually went here.
She was born January 2022, and we immediately put her on the waitlist, which we were told would be about 18 months, but that we could periodically check in on our place, and families regularly moved up or off the list.
This was one of the top two daycares on our wishlist, though we put her on several.
After they put us on the list, they later requested a $120 deposit from every family just to stay on the list. No problem. Paid it and expected some sort of communication. When that didn’t happen, again understandable likely due to the sheer amount of people on the list, I would reach out for an update. When my maternity leave ran out, my husband had 4 months off but soon we’d need an answer.
My calls and emails went unanswered. Their main line isn’t listed on Google so unless you’re a family who already attends, you have to reach out to the call center to get any sort of contact info.
Worst experience. I NEVER got a call or update on my place in the wait list (it’s been well over the 18 months) and I never got any sort of a refund. Worst communication and business practices.
We ended up at The Children’s Academy and we love it! They had a $40 non-refundable registration fee, but that notice was upfront, a reasonable fee, and came with communication/updates when spots became open. My daughter is well adjusted, the teachers are amazing, and they communicate all items with detail. It makes leaving my child in someone else’s care a positive experience.

Awful, I worked there. Didn’t get hardley any hours, kept sending me home because had no work for me to do. My last full day there was a Monday I was there all day and so I should have at least gotten $100 from them. Got my check today and was only $30. The owner stole money out of my check I keep trying to ask why that happened and she’s completely ghosting me. Not a professional place to work. Not trusting and the owner is a thief

Absolutely loved this daycare and the teachers genuinely loved my daughter. Fun activities all the time and constantly improving. Always clean, always updated and the app to get messages and see my little one throughout the day was awesome!! Love everyone there:) Definitely recommend this daycare!

I thought I had been on the waiting since March of 2021. If you can wait 18 months and make sure you don’t miss one of their emails for the waiting list (which goes to your spam file) I am sure it’s a wonderful place. Heather was cold and rude to me over the phone, she talked to me like I was attacking her when I was genuinely confused and just trying to ask questions to figure out how to get my son into La petite Academy.

We love La Petite Academy! The staff is so kind and professional, and they keep the children engaged with a mix of meaningful activities every day. I love how many updates they provide about my son’s day via their app. My son comes home happy every day and loves his teachers, Miss Kennedy and Miss Sarah!

Horrible experience. They tell you one thing on the phone and than are rude as hell in person. I wouldn’t send me worst enemies kids there. Try to avoid at all cost

Not Recommended. It was affordable and convenient, but I don't think my daughter was happy there. When we changed schools she said, "I love my new school. A little boy cried, and they didn't yell at him."

Absolutely love La Petite. My daughter started there when she just turned 3 month.
Teachers are very attentive and caring. She is always happy when I drop her off as well as when I am picking her up. She absolutely loves miss Ashley and giggles every time she sees her. They do crafts and other little projects. Day Care director Heather is very helpful and kind.
Lastly, you can watch your child via their cam all day as well as check on her feeding through the Brightwheel app.

The school seems like a nice place, but that doesn't really matter if they lie to you. I scheduled a tour through the 800 number and asked very specifically if they had current openings. They confirmed twice that they had current openings, so I took time off work to visit and tour the school. Once there and AFTER the tour they informed me that they did not have any openings and that I would need to pay a $100 nonrefundable deposit to get on a waitlist that would take between 6 months to a year for a spot to become available. If they are this willing to lie and pull a bait and switch as a first impression, I can't imagine trusting my child to them.

WE love La Petite! We have been coming here for over 4 years now, my son started in the infant class room and is now in the PreK class. The staff and teachers are incredible and the work and care that they give each student is wonderful. My son never wants to leave because he loves it so much, and he loves learning. It is a clean, safe and caring environment, and you can really tell they care so much. The teachers and staff are a part of our family!

We have had our daughter attend La Petite for the past 2 years. We absolutely love the place and all the teachers. They provide a safe and friendly environment of care and learning. Our favorite aspect of the academy is the genuine love that all the teachers show towards the kids. Often, our daughter would come home and go on and on about her wonderful day and all the activities she did with her favorite teachers.

I made an appointment to do a walk through by calling the customer service number listed on their website. I was told that they had space for my son and that I shouldn't have to worry about being put on a waiting list. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told that they didn't have any space available and that the director of the daycare had tried calling and emailing me, which I never received a call or an email. I wasn't very happy that I had wasted my time going to the appointment I had scheduled. While I was putting my son in his car seat to leave, I witnessed and employee of the day care smoking heroin in her vehicle. I confronted the employee about what I had seen and she admitted that she indeed had a problem. I called the director to let her know what had just happened and she did nothing. I feel that I had some divine intervention happening and I am so grateful my son isn't being cared for by this daycare. They should probably drug test their employees....a question I will be asking on any future walk through appointments.

We are extremely happy with the care that our children review at La Petite! We love the staff. They are great with our kids. We feel like everyone there is an extension of our own family.
