I've had my new car service there , that went fine thanks to Krystyna. I have an electric Mustang but as far as buying tires or extended warranty forget it three tries to get my car in for new tires and three tries to get an extended warranty I went elsewhere out of state for the warranty and getting my tires from Costco.

I received excellent service when stranded in Sandy UT in a 40' RV. Nick the technician came to us and diagnosed my CAT C9 engine and found two bad sensors, replaced and cleared all of the codes. RV ran great and better than the past 3 years. Friendly, professional and the response time for all of this was awesome. Highly recommended.

As a female I felt completely disregarded and not taken seriously at any point. Dropped my work truck off in July, with a broken brake line. I was immediately met with disrepect by Bryant Parker as I had to repeat myself multiple times saying it was the brake line before he even checked it. He asked us what happened and said he wouldn't tell my supervisor... not sure what he was implying or why he was making any implications at all? After two weeks of no updates, I called, only to be given zero information and made to feel stupid for asking. The only time I was able to get an actual update was when my male coworker called for me. It's now October and I finally got the truck back. It's embarrassing for any company to have employees that can't treat everyone fairly, they were incredibly difficult to work with.

I wanted to share a recent experience that my son and I had with Larry H. Miller Super Ford, where we had warranty work done on his car's transmission.We initially brought the car to the dealership for warranty repairs specifically related to the transmission. To our surprise, during the repair process, they chose to park the car on a public street rather than within their own lot. Unfortunately, while parked on the street, the car was involved in an accident caused by a drunk driver.What was even more distressing was the fact that it took the dealership a full nine days to inform us about the accident. This extended delay in communication added to our concerns and frustrations during this difficult time.Regrettably, Larry H. Miller Super Ford did not accept any responsibility for the incident. Despite the circumstances, they declined to acknowledge any role in the car's parking location or the delayed notification. Consequently, we were left with the financial responsibility of retrieving the car from the towing company's lot.This lack of accountability was disappointing, and their customer service during this incident was notably lacking. Communication was a significant issue throughout this ordeal, which further compounded our frustration.Given this experience, I must express my disappointment with Larry H. Miller Super Ford. Based on these circumstances, I would hesitate to recommend their services to others. I sincerely hope that they take measures to enhance their accountability, communication, and overall customer service in the future.Thank you for taking the time to read about our experience.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my mach e with nic Kian. The process was stress free and pleasant. It was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. Eventhough he has many customers, he prioritized my request and made this sale possible.

I want to share the INCREDIBLE service I received at this dealership!I arrived at the dealership traveling through SLC, the reception person was so nice, then I pulled my car (which is a brand new car) into their service area. I was in tears as I was in a hurry to get to my next destination, and super worried about my NEW car! A young gentleman by the name of Matthew Saylor was there to HELP me and I mean HELP! He was so professional, but very kind and understanding my situation as I was in tears. He took me to another gentleman Tony Herron who was very professional as well. They both took extra steps to help me and make me feel at ease! They took care of the problem quickly as well. (Which ended up being nothing) I must say I have never had this kind of service in my 65 years ANY WHERE! I want to thank them both. But a special thank you to Mattew for your kindness and understanding! It helped me immensely! Only ONE problem! I WISH I LIVED CLOSER TO HAVE ALL OF MY SERVICES DONE BY THEM! I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership!

We had an amazing experience working with Eric Timothy the Car Manager. He worked hard to help us get into a great vehicle around the price we needed. He was respectful and low pressure. We shopped around the whole valley for three weeks and his team are far and above the rest.

I love the vehicles there my most favorite is the mustangs which I can't wait to own soon because I love mustangs plus I got to ride a mach e with my mom I remember wearing a ford hat which made it more exciting totally recommend this dealership

Brian Sondrup was absolutely amazing! This was my first time purchasing a car and he really went above and beyond. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient and kind. You can tell he really loves what he does. Everyone at the dealership was great, but Brian was the best. I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a purchase! Thank you so much Brian! We have had poor service on multiple occasions. Today, i called to see if I could bring our truck in for an oil change. The receptionist said to bring it in but we will need to leave it until the afternoon. Once I got there I was told that they in fact could not get it in today and if I left it I would not be able to pick up until tomorrow. Frustrating waste of time. Total lack of communication with the staff. Very disappointed with this dealership. If we did not have a truck warranty we would not be going here ever!

It was my first remote car buying experience and thank goodness for Will because he could not have made it more easy. He was kind enough to make a personal walk around video of the car, noting all of the features and specs (impressive since it wasn't a Ford). Whether it was via text, email or phone, Will was sure to make sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. All in all, a wonderful experience!

I waited 567 days for my 2023 Bronco. During the entire time I worked with Nic Kian. He did a great job of communicating updates throughout the process and wasn't pushy when it came time to finalize the sale. The price was right and the overall experience was top notch, even with the finance department. I'll definitely purchase another vehicle here in the future!
