Worst customer service. Lady at the counter meds some anger management training. My 2 year old son accidentally touched a box and it fell. Instantly she yelled -“ This needs to stop, it’s a 160$ Lego”. Seriously ? It was an accident, it’s not like my son was randomly destroying the store. I was going to buy some key rings and couple of legos but dropped the idea after the incident. Lego- it’s a kids store and people working should know how to deal with these situations. Even after I apologized, she turned her back and said nothing.

Great Lego set selection at this store but note, it is NOT an official Lego Brand Retail Store. The sales reps will tell you they are and that you can earn Lego points from your purchases. From talking with Lego customer service, this is not correct.

Went by when we flew in (3 pm on a Friday) and flew out (10 am on a Sunday) and the gate was down. Closed. No explanation or timeframe for opening.

There is a Lego store in the Salt Lake City Airport. How cool is that? They have small sets that you might be able to build on the fold-down tray in front of you on an airplane, and really big sets that I bet will just barely fit in an overhead bin. They also have a nice assortment of the mining keychains. What a cool souvenir you could pick up for the Lego fan in your life!

LEGO MANIAC! I want to be a Lego maniac. This place is a total vibe!!!First as you come in touch the big Lego man sculpture that a thousands of kids had their booger infested hands on. Ok I know that but I still HAD TO TOUCH IT! It’s such a vibe! They have a ton of Lego sets here. Sure prices are a tiny bit steep but it’s an airport Great place when you realize you forgot a present for a quick safe without a detour! They have great variety as well. The attendant working there was robotic and soulless but come on if this was your job would you have infinite energy 24/7?

Very cool samples here. It’s a small store but still lots of fun stuff. Lots of bigger items available too but keep in mind that unless SLC is your destination, you’ll be packing it with you. Friendly staff and very helpful. This store is found toward the West end of Terminal A

Overall really good experience! The location in A gates is very convenient being near the tunnel to B gates. Staff was very kind and helpful if you needed anything. The place was very clean and up-kept. They have 2 statues right in the front of the store you can take photos with which I think is very fun and creative to be able to that.

I visited this store briefly and one of their employees, Manny, simply went above and beyond. I have been looking for a retired set for my husband who is a Lego fanatic and Manny let me know that they receive retired sets from time to time and would let me know if one came into the store he’d give me a call and they ship. I figured it was a long shot but left my info on a list he provided that the store kept for other sets customers had requested. Not only did manny keep his word and call me as soon as It came in he made sure to send me images of tracking, receipt and pictures of the Lego ! I flew out of salt lake in June and he followed up with me in August and even apologized for the delay ! My husband and I were beyond thrilled !

I went into this store on a short layover just to look and saw the Titanic Lego set in display. The associate that greeted me let me known that the set was in limited supply and most locations were out of stock, but he said he was happy to look at other locations for me if I was interested. I went ahead and bought the set, and he shipped it to me from the store so I didn't have to carry it on the plane.

Love this place. Long dark haired dude, helped my wife and input so much. Told us the rare sets they get in, gave us some free ones for our kids.I'll go here instead of the mall for my kids now on.Stellar store.

The guy working there (young, black hair) was really friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great experience. This Lego store has several retired sets still in stock which was a pleasant surprise. We got several sets and had a great visit.

Staff is friendly! Options of hard to find and exclusives sets is one of the best I have seen in a LEGO store. Was even able to shop purchase home from here. Great visit if in the SLC airport.
