Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! I physically came to the location to cancel. The guy talked me into just suspending the account since I am not working right now, so I agreed. Well the 17th came around and they drafted my account, put me in over-draft. I called to speak with the manager and not only did he NOT offer an apology and NOT offer a resolution, he basically gave me the instructions for cancelling my account!!!! Hello?!?!?!?!?!? I followed those instructions to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am back to square one with Planet Fitness and out with my bank, THE Absolute worst customer service experience of my life!!! I will drive back downtown, I will pay for parking AGAIN, I will AGAIN deliver a cancellation letter and BELIEVE ME, I will NOT be nice.

Working out at Evolve has been one of the best decisions I have made. Blake is so fun and super easy to get a long with. Blake and his staff are very kind but will definitely push you to meet your goals. I would absolutely recommend anybody and everybody to go to Evolve.

I’ve been attending classes at WFA for the last 3 months now and I’ve experienced significant improvements in my running and overall health. Michael and his team provides a unique experience like no other gym that I’ve been to. WFA was the missing puzzle piece in my training regimen. If you are wanting to experience something different and take things to another level when it comes to strength training, then go try a class! Thank you WFA for changing my life!

Wow. Looking to join and the front counter person was not nice and on the rude side. That girl is not getting credit for my membership. If the girl that was "helping" me gets this message... a tour would be nice before asking me to fork over my credit card. If you're trying to sell memberships, it might be helpful to actually make eye contact and talk to the person rather than hacking away in the keyboard. "No judgement zone" or "I don't give a crap zone". I'd argue the latter. I’ll keep shopping. Date of visit was 8-19-2018 at 16:13

Today was my first time in. I had hoped for a tour, etc. I had to ask “where’s the locker room?” I had stated it was my first time, so I expected a bit more. Oh well! Got my workout done. Had to ask for my free t-shirt too. I’ll be back, it’s just that you have an expectation as a first timer that there will be a little bit of interest in making an impression (a good one). Maybe I’m expecting a lot for $10/month though!
