We've been hung up on 3 times tonight by the same female. I was once on hold for nearly 2 hours and several times for at least an hour. This is the 4th week this has happened and it is getting super annoying. Also it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer during day time unless I want to wait forever and the local office never answers. The delivery person is supposed to call an hour before delivery and that rarely happens. I would be happy to change this rating if customer service improves. Also you need to have an app or easier way to order due to many of the evening staff being so unprofessional. I couldn't even finish my sentence asking for oxygen for my mother before I was hung up on. However, Erica was very nice tonight. You should have 50 more people like her, things would get done and you need to hire more people like her who know how to actually spell simple words and not keep asking for the spelling of people's names.

I've been using the same mask for 4 months now. It's stretched out and leaks. Most nights I can't use it. They don't listen to my concerns and they blame me for any issues.

The gentleman who came out was very helpful and friendly. He was willing to do everything to make sure I was taking care of. I really appreciate his time and effort. I would use lincare again.

The Salt Lake location must be trying to step their game up. I actually got thru to someone to speak with for once and was helped with phone numbers given to call for my out of network insurance. They even helped me call to verify that the new company took my insurance.

I’ve been caring for my grandmother for the past many months. Lincare delivers oxygen tanks every week without fail. The drivers are professional and nice and fast. I would recommend Lincare if you or someone you love needs oxygen.

I had a problem with the car charging cord for my POC. Joe came to check out the situation, He was very patient as we worked through it and searched the car for some tiny parts. He left us happy and better informed on how the charging cord works.

When I first got started with Lincare I needed oxygen in my home. When I got the first phone message I felt like they really wanted to help me get better and they where very persistent. Got a call from them everyday. I got some oxygen equipment delivered to my home and the lady who delivered it to me was really nice. Wow I was impressed. Now 5 payments later I no longer need the equipment. The first time I called to late they were closed. 2nd day I called 20min before they closed and I was on hold for 15min or so. But the lady who answered was an answering service. She told me that they were closed. This upset me because I was holding the whole time. 3rd day on my lunch break I was on hold for 25min and had to hang up because my break was over. Now I’m very disturbed with the situation cause I’m trying to not get charged for something I don’t need. On my drive home I call again 40 minutes later a girl answered and she was pretty rude but I didn’t care and arranged for them to get their equipment. 2 weeks later they charged me again for the full month. After doing some research I found that I was liable for the month. Ok fine but I still didn’t get why was my charges different for the first 4 months when there was no changes with the equipment. And on top of that the charges were increasing. I decided to check into my insurance claims and found out that after the first 2 payments I reached my deductible and so my insurance kicked in and covered the entire cost. They overcharged me and I understand it happening once due to billing cycles and stuff but 3x’s taken directly from my account purposely, SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG WITH THAT and now it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. If I could give them zero stars I would. They took my money when they weren’t suppose to. To me that is STEALING!!

I'm currently on an 1.5 hour hold (update now 2 hours on hold) waiting to speak with someone about a billing issue. This is not unusual. I keep telling myself to be patient, but with this ongoing issue and never able to reach someone I'll be risking apnea and returning my CPAP and work to start over with another company. Or just live with it. Outside of one person this experience has been nothing but horrible. Believe the reviews.

I used this company for over 7 years at this point. I'll be leaving due to the rude receptionist who makes it horrible to deal with them at all. I certianly don't trust my health with them if they can't even handle phones.UPDATE since I can't reply to the owner's response. Are you kidding?! Contact you directly? That's what got me here - your people hung up on me and won't put me through to supervisors! They gatekeep. Trust I'm not the only one experiencing this.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Like everyone else on here, it's not the actual equipment that sucks - it's their local staff. Seems like everyone at this office is incompetent, rude and makes it otherwise impossible to even WANT to continue getting Cpap supplies from them. It's the same 2 girls that everyone seems to have issue with here. You'd think a large company like this would care that 2 people who represent them are so unprofessional, rude, and do not seem like they know which way is up. BUT it's happened so frequently, I have to think Lincare IS as unprofessional and uncaring as the 2 in the office are since this has been such an ongoing issue. I do not care what sort of hoops I have to jump through but LORD help me get away from Lincare - can new patients beware! They will escalate even the simplest inquiry into a rude fight. So weird. Who even wants to be like that every day, much less for YEARS.

Worst company!! My premature daughter came home on oxygen. The pediatrician called two weeks later to Suspend the equipment, lincare picked up the equipment 6 days before the new billing cycle. One month later I receive a call stating that they have my information on another persons account! One month after that they pulled 100.00 out of my acct. sat on hold for an hour they said that they lost the equipment pick up ticket so I owed for another month of equipment! Said they were refunding me because they found the pediatricians work order request and I still haven’t gotten refunded! Do not go through this company

We tried calling several times without getting a single response. We called the National number and were given a number for customer care which played a recording and ultimately hung up. After getting a cancellation order we returned the equipment. Additionally, the healthcare provider called and were placed on hold for 30 minutes and no one responded to their call either.

I have called this company 6 times trying to speak with someone who can help see the progress of the order. I spoke to one lady who told me to call the local number and just wait on the phone. I have done that multiple times. I will be asking my doctor to refer me to another company.

It’s hard to put in words. First Lady I talked to was nice. Then I talked to the Rep. about getting a new cpap. Told her I was trying to get a prescription for one before the end of the year so I could use my insurance to pay for it. She said well it’s to late we can’t see you until after the first of the year. And when we see you your insurance will make you rent it for a year before they will buy it. Basically saying it would be all out of pocket. Called my Alpine medical and my insurance. 1 I will be seen before the end of the year and 2 my insurance will cover 100% of the cost. I have no idea how this company is in business, blown away.
