Went in and was greeted by Christopher, and man, he should be the employee of the year for sure! He was so helpful and charismatic from the beginning to the end of my visit to Lululemon. He definitely deserves the next raise that comes up. Thanks, Christopher!

William Heck carried. Seriously. I went in thinking I wasn’t going to find anything & ended up walking out the door with two new pieces I’ll want to keep forever & feeling so happy. Lulu, you got a good one. If you asked me, I would tell Goyard they need to hire him.

This is a fantastic store in the city Creek area that we always try to pop into when we are downtown. One of the best inventories out of any of their stores that we have been to. Almost always have the item you’re looking for and if not, they will order it and ship it to you for free.

Lululemon SLC is an inclusive store. So inclusive that if an angry employee hears a pro-Christian private conversation between you and your daughter, they will attempt to start an argument with you. When you decline to argue and ask to be left alone, they will ask you to leave the store, excluding you... which is inclusive, you see? This happened a few blocks from Mormon Temple Square, which is amusing since Lulu employees in woke places like California are always super friendly and happy to take your money. If anyone at Lululemon corporate reads these (my condolences), 1) You generally do an outstanding job locating your stores, 2) The women in my immediate family spend thousands of dollars at your stores each year. Bold business strategy you've got there in Mormon Central, Utah.

Chris was so incredible!! My first time in the store so he had to help me figure out sizes etc. he was so patient with me trying on all the different items. they didn’t end up having the size I needed in one item so he helped me get it ordered right to my house so I don’t have to come back.Thank you Chris!!!!

The reason I give this store 1 star is it's not budget friendly. For the price you spend there you would assume the clothes would be good quality but unfortunately they suck. their sales remind of mr crabs which means their not really sales. Lulu lemon is trend which means it won't be here to stay. It will be easily replaced soon. Shop at fabletics!

Will never shop here again. Very disappointed in the service. Not to mention an employee came up to my wife while she was looking at a bag asking if he could have it for him self… what the what? Gave it back to her and said “oh I’m here for 8 hours, if it’s still here I can get it then.” Holy Tomatoes!!

I popped into this store today to return a pair of pants I had bought for my boyfriend and buy him the right size from another Lulu in LA since they were completely sold out online- after a few of the sales associates said they weren’t sure they could do it, and explained they didn’t know how, a sales associate named Cali said she’d give it a try. After calling the Lulu lemon store in LA she gave me a thumbs up and was able to purchase the pants over the phone for me and get them directly shipped to my house here in salt lake. I appreciated her initiative, kindness, and willingness to just try and see if it would work rather than immediately saying no. Thank you Cali for all your help and determination!!

A self proclaimed Lululemon lover, I was insanely disappointed in my experience at this location. Received a vest as a gift & unfortunately it was too big - I went in to return & the employee was convinced it had been worn which is not the case & would not let me return the item. Not quite understanding the situation, she continued to be incredibly rude & condescending accusing me of wearing the item & attempting to return - which Id never do. Really disappointed in this employees handing off the situation, of all me interactions at tons of different Lululemons this was unforgettable. Should be ashamed.

I’m changing this from a one star to a three star because of Jackson’s responsiveness and kindness. I had ordered pants to be hemmed and they got lost in the process. We ordered it 2 weeks before family pics and we thought the pants would surely come in time after we were promised it would take 5-7 days. Although I’m frustrated and will never order pants again I’m glad they have a competent employee.

Lulu has some quality products that last a good long time, but every time you shop at their store it’s hard not to ask yourself if the high cost is justified. They do have a discount rack with some markdowns but that generally consists of extreme sizes or odd colors.Employees are kind and helpful and there seems to be enough to find and get help when it’s needed.

Sometimes I wonder why I continue to shop at Lululemon. I stopped in to exchange some pants I'd bought, unworn, with the receipt, and within the appropriate exchange period. I'd removed the tags when I thought I was going to wear them but they just weren't right. The first person I spoke to was great, said she understood, and had me go look around. The person who rung me up, though, made a big point of saying she'll make an exception *this time* but that I really can't do that again. Like I have some sort of wear and return racket going on (when everyone who's ever seen a movie knows if you're going to do that, you just hide the tags). I ended up buying two things instead of one so they actually made more money off of me, which is why service and flexibility should be encouraged.I probably wouldn't have gone to the trouble of submitting a review, except this isn't the first time I've run into this kind of service here. But I guess this is to be expected from a company who calls their employees "educators" instead of service professionals. You end up getting scolded after paying $130 for a pair of yoga pants.
