Just wanted a performance clutch install for my golf. Purchased a South Bend Stage 3 Daily kit. No one would install it since it wasn’t OEM. Makes and Models slapped it in, no problem. They get the car enthusiast in you and they know what they are doing. Thanks guys.

Adrian was the first to talk to me when I went into their showroom to wander around. He is so pleasant and professional and knows about every vehicle on the showroom floor. It looks like the business is run very professionally from what I saw. I liked Adrian so much I listed my 2015 Corvette with them to sell for me. Can’t wait to report on the final sale.

My experience with both Adrian and Spencer in the sales department at Makes and Models was a lesson in professionalism and hospitality. The entire buying process was manifestly straightforward. The 1985 RoW 911 Adrian sourced arrived as described, clean, and timely. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about Adrian. He has been super awesome during and after my car purchase! He has made buying my Supra easy and fun! Even after I was rear-ended, Adrian stepped up and is helping me get my Supra’s rear bumper replaced, which goes way above and beyond what most salespeople would ever do. He treats people like friends, not just customers! If you’re looking for someone who truly has your back and takes care of you every step of the way, Adrian is the one to go to. Highly recommend! Contacted these guys at Makes and Models for stage 2 tune on my ‘24 Golf r, and the process so far has exceeded my expectations. I talked with Eli and Kevin from the service department, they were professional, knowledgeable on what components to buy, and most importantly they were clear and up front with me on costs. I called back various times to add and get clarification on certain mods and their response was always immediate. Now we’re waiting for the parts to arrive and I will give in update on the installation process once is completed.
