We used to love ordering here but the app would never work so we’d call and some lady whose really nice would place our order and with the deal. Now when I call there’s a guy that answers that just tries to look up our order as if we already ordered. There’s a super bad language barrier so I cannot get through to him what I’m trying to say. Ordered through Pizza Hut instead and will continue to unless I get someone there who knows what I’m saying rather than just trying to look up an order I haven’t even placed. Super frustrating but at least Pizza Hut makes it easy.

My nana ordered our food an hour ago, called back and said that the pizza wasn’t hot and they couldn’t send it. Kept coming up with excuses. The staff told us again that the driver couldn’t find where we lived. We live 5 minutes away from the pizza place. We then got told we could get free food and a free desert, got the pizzas but no desert.

I have been ordering from this location for months and had a great experience. Tonight I spoke with the manager who was drunk, she could not complete a sentence, and I repeated myself twice. I will never use this location again. I only wish that I would’ve asked her name.

Maybe it was an off day for them, but delivery took 2 hours and the food was cold. I wouldn't recommend it.

Pizza was ordered and paid for on the phone. When we arrived were told there was no order. They were extremendously RUDE. Saying I ordered it at a different Marcos. When I gave them the number I spoke to, which was correct for the Murray location. Then they insisted I produce a screen shot of the Amex charge. mysteriously the manager arrived with our order

They didn't bother to cut my pizza. I'm eating this in my car too. I don't have a pizza cutter on hand to cut it. Why wouldn't you cut thr pizza?

I have never had a delivery driver get in my face and refused to get off my porch. When I tell him that it was carried out I will never get pizza from this place again.

Bought 2 pizzas. First pizza had a hair rapped around the sausage- all meat pizza. Fine, I’ll start with the hot honey pizza. 4th slice into it and another hair underneath the cheese after a bite. 2 separate pizzas. Threw them both in the trash. Very disappointed. Wasted my money.

I ordered a medium garden pizza for delivery and got the wrong order… no big deal, I understand mistakes happen, however, I wasn’t prepared for the worker I called to tell me there was nothing they could do about it. Are you kidding me? He said that he didn’t know how to issue a refund and to call back tomorrow. I asked if they could just make the right pizza and send it my way and he said no. He didn’t even try to help. He expected me to just eat what I got, which would still require a refund because the difference in cost of the pizzas is about $6. I get not being able to issue a refund if you don’t know how to, but there’s absolutely NO reason why they couldn’t just make another pizza and send it. I couldn’t eat the one they sent because it was a pepperoni and swimming in grease… the opposite of a garden pizza (what I ordered). I’ll be calling for my refund tomorrow and I won’t be ordering from Marco’s again. I’ll be updating with how the refund process goes.

Normally we like Marcos but We just ordered 3 pizzas from there and they were so dry that they were basically inedible. One of our pizzas didn’t even have sauce on it. I called them to speak to the manager and he just said “sorry, you can order double sauce next time but that will make it really greasy”. He offered no way to make up for it or anything else. Poor pizza making and poor customer service. Not what we are used to from Marco’s. Pretty disappointing.

I ordered a pizza from this location, it took 2hrs 10 minutes to get here,when the delivery guy actually got hereI asked him for a refund, then he freaked out got in his car and took off, so no pizza and no refund! I've tried to call but they won't answer the phone. I've had nothing but problems with this location, will never order here again!
