While I appreciate the reply, it didn't address the fact that your dealership didn't follow up in a timely manner, ran my credit again without my permission, failed to acknowledge that I put down a huge down payment and I have excellent credit. There's no excuse for shitty service and failure to follow up in a timely manner. Randy is a waste. Angela...instead of apologizing and explaining failure from the back end of the business maybe start managing quality into the customer service experience. no one is interested in excuses and a lot of fingerpointing(from you). Get a grip. manage the business or don't. stop explaining and take charge. make a difference!I would like to clarify that Wells Fargo never contacted me one time. Randy waited two weeks to contact me initially. About my address. And then everything I provided wasn't good enough. Back to huge down payment and excellent credit. Give me a break. Do you want to sell cars and have a successful business or not? I work in quality compliance and I can help your company. However, the excuses must stop. Build quality into your systems.And you are not at the mercy of the lender. This was your lender of choice (not mine) because you get the biggest incentive from them. I would never choose Wells Fargo.

Ocean is one of the friendliest people I've ever worked with! He was so professional and open and kind throughout the whole process of fixing my car, and explained everything to me in a way that was clear and made me feel at ease. I really appreciate his professionalism, as well as every employee I've interacted with at this dealership. Such an incredible team they've got, and top notch service! Highly recommended for anyone.

So I called after being a loyal customer for a while now my Toyota Tacoma wouldn't go into gear a light came on a slip light I think anyway I called the lady she said it's a mal function and the vehicle needs to be towed I called my brother who. Is a technician at Toyota and turns out there a slot by the shifter you can push in and it will let you go into gear I got home safe with no problems I called the person back to tell her and she ended up hanging up I was just trying to give here some info she was not happy said thanks and hung up very poor customer service to say the least

Left quick service team clear instructions to not get into my new 23’ year vehicle without changing gloves or washing hands.There is nothing worse than a sticky steering wheel on a brand new car or smudges of the hands of the service individuals on white paint. You know the oil that doesn’t come off in an automatic car wash…. that needs to then be scrubbed off after you just ran the car through a car wash.If I can’t trust you to follow instructions to not get my car dirty. What instructions can I trust you to follow? If you don’t follow specific instructions on that how do I know you can maintain my car to desired standards. How do I know that when I say something needs to be looked at that you will.They did follow instructions to change the oil from what I could tell. They did put the tire PSI to requested level.Rating logic:-1 star for not following all instructions-1 star for not automatically taking care to keep new vehicles clean. (This should be automatic and I shouldn’t have to say anything.)+1 for offering to clean it (after I brought it to the attention of the workers) & for the lady who I brought the issue to the attention of looping in service leader(?). And for saying they will let the service technicians know. (Please do ensure this gets passed along I will be watching in the future in 5,000 miles)If you want a 5* review it requires me to not have to worry about the above noted points in the future.Please do better Toyota especially if a customer specifically requested you to take care and you ignored it.

I was a long time customer since moving down to Salt Lake. This time around zero communication, kid in the service drive did what he was told but it’d be nice to have an advisor or someone explain something effectively. Wasn’t told a price or anything about the product being made for me & then they call me an hour since I arrived saying it was ready. I was already gone dealing with my businesses emergency. I was a paying customer whether it was small or not. Karl Malone service department will be gaining my business in the future. Sales is great but service needs improvement.

Buying my first brand new car here was a great experience. There was a miscommunication though and some services were not done at the time I picked up my car so I had to make a long drive back up. Ocean in the device department took really good care of me though and went out of his way to take care of my car. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to buy a car!

This is the third time I asked for someone to give me a rough estimate on how much a trade in vs a new car would be while waiting for service. I've never had a harder time trying to get a salesman to sale me a car. It's weird most places seem to jump at the chance for money.

I got my new Highlander XLE at Mark Miller Toyota, Jacob is the first sales I contacted and he has been helpful through the whole process. He was nice and professional at our first phone contact and his clear explanation and easy to communicate is the biggest reason I chose Mark Miller. During the time of waiting the car to arrive, he continued to keep an eye for me with the ETA and patiently guided me through the process of financing and making sure my car is in the best condition when I pick it up. It was a great experience at Mark Miller Toyota. Highly recommend to find your new car here

First and foremost a shout out to Paco and Randy who helped me through the process of buying a new car! I started my new car buying journey at another dealership in the Salt Lake Valley. I start my story here because I want to give some context to why Mark Miller Toyota is the best Toyota dealership. I went this other dealership because on their website it showed cars that I was interested in looking at were available on the lot, but they weren't. I had a terrible experience at this dealership right from the beginning. When I got out of my car the salespeople were waiting like vultures and I felt like I was there prey. The first saleperson that got to me was nice enough, I told him exactly what I was looking for including three car models and specific exterior and interior colors. He took me to see one of the cars I was interested in which had already been purchased by another customer. I asked if I could take a peek inside realizing I wouldn't be able to drive it. I was not allowed to do so. At that point another saleperson came up to me and started showing me black and white copies of cars that either were on the lot or that were enroute to the dealership. I explained to him that I was only interested in cars with specific interior and exterior colors and none of them fit the bill for me. He kept insisting that I check out cars that I explicitly told him I wasn't interested in. I was never taken into an office to discuss the options, instead I had to sit in the busy foyer while he continued to bring out black and white copies of cars that weren't the right colors and/or models that I had asked for. He explained that if I ordered a car it would take months. When I indicated that I just wanted to think about it he kept pushing me asking me, "Why?" "Why would I need to think about it? Why not order now?" His aggressiveness made me very uncomfortable and fortunately I had brought my dad with me who told him I needed time. He listened to my dad and took my number, then we left.Honestly after that experience I was not really interested in going to another dealership, but my dad encouraged me to at least try one more. I had, had a good experience at Mark Miller Toyota when I bought my first car in 2008 so I decided to go there and WOW what a difference that made! I walked into the dealership and was greeted and led to the desk of the next available salesperson. I was offered drinks and snacks and I was able to look at a computer that had color pictures of the cars I said I was interested in. Paco, the salesperson helping me, made it so easy. He showed me that a car that fit all of my specifications was on its way to the dealership and it could be mine if I wanted. I didn't feel pressured at all. When I went back to the dealership a few weeks later to pick up the car I was greeted by Paco and led through the process with the help of Randy and other associates. I felt confident that I was getting the best deal on my car and I appreciated being treated with respect.If you are in the market for a Toyota, I highly recommend checking out Mark Miller Toyota!

My family has dealt with Mark Miller Toyota since 1994 with absolute satisfaction. The service department is exceptional as well, keeping regular drop-in maintenance visits quick. Most impressive though is the teamwork shown among the entire staff. Pretty impressive folks!

The Service Department is second to none. Brought my vehicle in for a small repair, the person who helped me took a look at what was needed, had the supervisor come over, he took a quick check, went and grabbed a fancy tool, and literally 2 minutes later I was on my way. 5 star service for sure. I highly recommend the service department at Mark Miller Toyota.

Mark Miller Toyota truly exceeded my expectations. Their meticulous car inspection during the oil change, ensuring potential issues are addressed before they escalate, impressed me. Not only did they complete the work promptly, but they also saved me money by not replacing the brake rotors unnecessarily. I wholeheartedly recommend Mark Miller Toyota for their outstanding service and cost-conscious approach.

For the regular 5,000 mile checkup, I was pleased that intake questions were brief and courteous. Estimated time for service was very close to actual time. The waiting areas have good natural light and comfortable seating options. I took advantage of the full inside sales space and waiting area to walk a mile without the discomfort of hot summer weather. The people I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I always recommend Mark Miller favorably because of my many positive experiences from small routine tasks to dealing with a complicated series of issues.

I’ve taken my car here quite a few times for oil changes and various services and am always impressed with how professional and honest everyone who works here is. Having work done on my car is stressful for me because I don’t know a lot about cars, but I have always trusted what the mechanics here tell me. They never try to rip me off, and are always honest when I ask if a particular thing is necessary or not. I took my car here for a second opinion after another business told me I needed over $1000 of work done, and the guys here told me it wasn’t true and I ended up only paying $300 for half the work. Very much appreciate everyone here.
