For some reason they dont have a bathroom. After driving for hours, I figured a Maverick would have a restroom for public use. Clerk said none of the gas stations have a restroom. Isn't that illegal?

Advertising a 24 hour store and this is the first time I have ever been discouraged to come into the store first by saying debit cards only then repeated mention of closing at midnight while I got 4 drinks. Self service only but lardo had to check my ID I'm 69 years old, no thank you and no receipt or bag. I apologized for coming into the store with no incentive to return to this store, apology deserved

You can’t get more than one star if your bathroom isn’t available. Car needs gas and human beings need bathrooms. You need to work harder for our money and our ratings.

No Public Restroom Policy makes this a useless gas station/rest stop. 1 star, will never patronize as long as that policy remains wasted gas and time and still needed to use the restroom.

I had an exceptional experience with an employee William! From the moment I walked in, his friendly and welcoming demeanor immediately made me feel at ease. William shared and demonstrated impressive knowledge of the products and went above and beyond to assist me with all my questions and needs. His genuine enthusiasm and attentiveness truly sets him apart.
It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. He shows great strides he is to my surprise already in management as an Assistant but I believe he would make an amazing Store Director. Thanks to William's expertise and friendly attitude, my visit was not only productive but also enjoyable and I do not get this kind of friendliness anywhere I go. Maverik is fortunate to have such a committed Employee.
Maverik should definitely do their best to keep this employee because he doesn't judge a book by its cover he helps anyone and everyone the best he can.
I highly recommend stopping by and if you need help ask for William if you want a memorable and positive shopping experience.

Informing a customer of a policy change should not include eye rolling, especially one including the use of ebt not being supported at this location. Especially not near the children's miracle network hospital, where unfortunately a lot of people use ebt and are not visiting this location often.
Thank you Mikey, for making me feel like crap and rolling his eyes for just trying to get some doughnuts after a particularly hard appointment for a friend and their child.

I stopped by to grab a few things, and the employee working at the time was a bit dismissive and unwelcoming. I later realized I had been overcharged and had to make a return trip to address it.
When I came back, a different employee (Skyler) was working, and he completely changed the experience. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make things right. I’m so grateful for his professionalism and care. It reminded me that there are still good people who take pride in what they do.
Thank you, Skyler! You really turned my day around.

I almost always enjoy going to Maverick but this one is the exception. No public restrooms, a poor selection of sandwiches and fresh snacks, and zero warm food. They had gas pumps so they don't get a 1 star. Bare minimum effort for a Mav.
