I can't tell you how many times they've messed up on my prescriptions. And when it comes to medications for health, that doesn't inspire confidence.

I rarely post reviews and this one is not so much directed to this specific location as it is to this company.I have been completely appalled with the lack of organization over products that it would be critical for clients to receive and to receive timely (in reference to their medication mailing program).For 6 months now I have yet to receive my medication on time or at all without me having to call in (the only way to communicate to them is over the phone and I have had wait times exceed an hour). Every month they insure me the problem is resolved and it will be sent. Every month it isn’t. It is beyond bizarre and frustrating.I am currently pregnant and have a particular medication that is especially important I do not go without. I am heading into the weekend without it as it was not delivered today.Other medications have been sent in absolute excess (ointments for my son) and continued to be sent after I called in and asked for them not to be - ending in excessive charges and an obscene amount of medication we do not need.Again- I am appalled at the disorganization from a company that handles such a sensitive product that is imperative people receive on time and in correct dosage.It has been such a headache and if it weren’t for our insurance only currently contracted with them- we would have transferred long ago.

I had to give them one star but I would put a -5 stars this place is the worst! I called 3 times about my refill 2 weeks before I needed it and all 3 times they told me it was a miscommunication between the people you talk to on the phone and the pharmacy and they would over night it to me right away, the people on the phone told me 3 times that the lady pharmacies promised she would have it go out that night and when I called the next day to follow up and see if it went out it never did. They charged my card for it also the first time I called to re-fill it. The last time I called I told them i was done and needed my mediation and I would just pick it up. I'm an hour away form the location where they had my mediation. I also had a big issue getting my first mediation filled as well. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone. The wait time to talk to someone is always an hour or so, no matter what time you call. If you have to use them like me, call 4 weeks early for your re-fill and maybe you will get it when you need it.

Terrible place. They claimed to have given me enough of a prescription gel that I was prescribed, but I ran out several days ahead of when I should have. I used the applicators specifically from their pharmacy but still ran out. After being on hold for a few hours over the period of a several days trying to talk to the right person, I was finally told that I would have to pay to get more, even though it was their mistake to begin with. I will be using an out of state compounding pharmacy in the future. Stay far away from this place!

I was contacted June 24th, 2020 by a representative from Meds in Motion Pharmacy telling me that they had my prescription, and to see if I wanted to come and pick it up or have it mailed to me. It was explained that it would be mailed out the next day, and that I would most likely receive it in the next few days because I am in Salt Lake City. On Tuesday June 30th, my girlfriend suggested I call them as I had not received my prescription, and she had just learned that her own prescription with Meds in Motion had been screwed up and delayed for the second time.When I spoke with Pharmaceutical Technician Zeke, he told me that their system showed my prescription as “shipped” but that he was having trouble finding tracking information. After being put on hold, I was told that I would need to wait for the pharmacist to call me back because he could not figure out what had happened.When I received a call from the pharmacist, she informed me that my order placed on “Wednesday or Thursday” had not been mailed because they needed to “order the prescription”. While this is obviously not true (how would I have picked it up?) the fact that they are now 3/3 screwing up our prescriptions, and willing to lie to cover up their mistakes is reason enough for 1 star.

Their systems are bad and staff are rude. Their internal communication is worst. I had to make many trips to this location just for one pick up.

Repeatedly shipped me prescriptions that I did not ask for. The first time, they shipped me 2 old prescriptions, that weeks ago I asked to be taken off file, as my doctor discontinued use of those meds. The second time, my doctor called in a prescription to have on file just in case. Meds In Motion called me to ask what I wanted to do with the prescription, and I told them just that. Please don’t fill it, just leave it on file. The tech confirmed it wild simply remained on file. Days later, I’m charged for TWO different prescriptions I did not ask for, AND, they took it upon themselves to upgrade me to 1 day priority mail, AND charge me for it!!!! 4 bottles of medications were sent only THREE weeks apart, and were not asked for. I have never had such an awful Series of experiences with a pharmacy, or really any company for that matter.

There is literally not a better pharmacy in Utah. I drive 45 minutes one way to fill prescriptions here at this location. Garrett, Doug and crew are always so quick, kind and helpful! I seriously won't ever go anywhere else after dealing with the likes of CVS, Walgreens, Smiths, Harmons etc.

Doug and Alex are the best people! They always take good care of me no matter how busy they are and have saved me three thousand dollars thus far! Great service..happy to know them! I keep looking for the wings on their backs.

The best customer service experience I've ever had in a pharmacy. They are fast, friendly and accommodating. I travel out of my way in order to keep any medications I have with this pharmacy--a great group of people.

I have never been happier with a pharmacy. Alex and Doug are amazing!! They always go out of their way to make sure I get what I need!! Always friendly and always on the ball. Thank you meds in motion you far surpass any other pharmacy.

If you love long waits and lack of customer service this isn't the pharmacy for you. This pharmacy is always so prompt with their service. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to have prescriptions filled (honestly it's not usually even that long). The pharmacists and techs are so friendly too. Best pharmacy for sure!
