heidi was great in assisting me over the phone. it's when i was turned over to their "intake" department to set up a purchase through medicare that things went off the rails. i ended up taking my business elsewhere as a result. you don't tell a potential customer that medicare won't accept a submitted document unless you run it by medicare and get an official response. no such help was offered. when i mentioned to that person that it was no wonder the company's online ratings were poor, she insisted they had "great online ratings" and began that "have a nice day, i'm hanging up now" thing. when i read the two 5-star reviews on this page, i cannot believe anyone would take them seriously! they are nearly identical copies. one adds an insulting line about elderly people must be behind the overwhelmingly negative reviews even though anyone with 2 eyes and a brain can see they are not. someone connected to this company fabricated these 2 reviews. shameful.

This company stepped up and took care of me when my other service provider closed without notifying me. My other service provider closed without notifying me this company stepped up even though I wasn't even their customer when so many of the big names wouldn't. I've been a customer with them since even though my Dr's office tried sending my account to the one they liked to use I made them send it here. I've been extremely happy with them since my first day

I honestly don't understand why they have such low ratings. I have always had a great experience interacting with this company. I have been using them since Oct 2029. They have always been helpful. I can get through to someone within minutes not hours. I can assure those who are reading this review, that they are so very helpful and nice to work with: using a cpap & oxygen is so much easier with a company like Medway. I am guessing the bad reviews are from people who will always complain no matter what.

James came today with a compassionate heart- consoling me as he removed the equipment Hospice provided for my Mom's journey. He was efficient, kind, and just a wonderful employee for your company. He made the equipment transition easier for me as I wept for the loss of my Mom- watching the bed, oxygen and other items being removed that she resided in for 12 weeks before her passing. I thank James for his kindness. ?✝️
