I had came into for Internet for my home the women who was working wouldn't even speak to me they would speak in Spanish as well they told me Internet was $55 n month and it says $20 a month. ..As well I'm standing here well they talk in Spanish and I understand them there are very disrespectful all 3 of the women working . I do understand them as well they are very disrespectful they don't even have name tags to say who is who . But will not speak to me in English . If I didn't stay so close I would go to a different place this place needs be close down.I had to go back to get my money back they said I would have my $68 back between Dec 24 -26 know here we are Dec 28 and still haven't received my money back this place is a repoff makes me wanna leave the company after over 10 years of being with them as well I truly believe I won't get my money back they stole my money in other words. Metro has went down hill badI will not leave any stars they don't deserve them I need to know who to talk to get my money back so I can go to a new phone company

They let me charge my dead phone when I was stuck and needed to call an Uber. Homeboy even let me borrow his fast charger. They acted like they thought I was going to pull out a gun or something but I didn’t care I needed my phone charged and I was thankful they helped out.

Super bad experience that my husband and I had at this location. My husband wanted to transfer his phone number to metro and he wanted to get an iphone11 it said that the iphone 11was free with port I asked her how much the total would be with activation and the month and she said it would be around $300 I work at a cellphone store so I knew that she was over charging us I told my husband lets go to a different location that i know they don't over charge and we did the other location was charging us $150 less so i wonder what this lady was charging us .? Try to go somewhere else or call different locations and check prices before coming to this location..

The attention to the public is very bad. The guy who works there looks like he's only there because he earns by the hour but I've come to this store twice and I never manage to buy anything because of the bad attention of the long-haired men

Dominic and his boss are so amazing and good at what they do. Walk in to get a home internet surprised I was the first customer at there location to get a T-Mobile home internet. It was so quick and fast didn't take that long to get everything done. Appreciate you guys working on Labor day. THANK YOU

Rude customer service, I experienced here….Cashier guy was having a bad day today I guess haha. I took my 14 year old son to purchase his phone (he worked really hard for it). He was being all pushy about the time (clocking out time). He was acting like he couldn’t speak Spanish but in the back I could hear him !!! He was no help at all since we didn’t know what our account number was, yes that’s my fault but other locations are always happy to help and reset the password, this one was being rude and very unprofessional about it. Do not come here unless you want to experience this. Is there someone I can talk to about this ?

Customer service was very good Variety of phones was also very good. Covers for phones very expensive, but that is not up to the employee that was working. Dominic took good care of us

Dominick was super helpful! Brought my father in law in to get a new phone, who is not very tech savvy. Dominick helped find him a great phone at an awesome price, also spent the time to recharge his phone and manually transferred all of his contacts over to his new phone. Thank you so much!!

I get a notification today asking me to bring in my phone for credit towards a purchase of a new phone. Why can't you just give me a phone since I've been such a loyal customer for years but giving free phones out to new customers who switch to metro. Share that same love to your Loyal Customers or I'm switching
