The absolute worst service ever. Called to ask a simple question anda man answered the phone, hung up on me after treating me like I was asking a stupid question, then when I called back he tried to lie about hanging up, saying it all of a sudden was , "disconnected and wasn't his problem". Then refused to give me his name and hung up on me again after laughing at me. Absolutely the worst service ever. I'm reporting the entire store to corporate now on account of this asinine employee.

Great customer service my husband and I went to a diffrent location in rose park before coming here and am so happy we came here the guy that helped us was very helpful he didnt raise the prices to any of the phones like the one in rose park. My husband wanted to transfer his number and he did thank you we will be coming back to this location.

I went to Metro-T mobile in Murray and had a hard time due to communication issues and misinformation.Since I really needed to transfer my plan with ACP, I decided to try this location. I am glad I did!!!I had a GREAT experience with Carlos; Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!Thank you for your assistance!

Great service, friendly attitude, professional employee. I'm an old fogie who wasn't sure how to proceed but I started by calling MetroPCS for some advice because they're my carrier. Saw several phones on the site, but everyone just kept saying "Go directly to a store". Eventually (--after a 2-day adventure trying to reach various Metro stores, going to Best Buy, then ending up at this particular 2700 South location even though there are others closer to my house--), I RECEIVED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CARLOS. Other stores (northward) would not pick up their phones. CARLOS said he "BELIEVES IN answering the phone because that's how some customers need to be helped".My only-ever mobile was a 2015 Samsung LGK20 and I wanted to know what this store had from the Metro site's listing. Carlos helped me understand a lot of differences between the A20-series up to the 32 etc. I bought a new one and he graciously set it up for me. Then after I went home, I still had more questions and called him on the phone. The poor guy was so long-suffering! I am not good at all the little details; I'd gotten used to my old one and felt kind of paralyzed with this new one. Carlos went the extra mile and helped me with each spot I asked about, but I finally requested to just come back over the next evening and have him bring me 100% up to speed--which he did! I think some of the negative reviews below are from a former management-time, because everything about this store seems good to me.

The customer was very rude they even took money from My card and when my service still declined and I come and told him what going on I can simply tell this guy is frud and just took money. This guy is clipart steal ?

The representative refused to assist my friend when he and I came to pay for his phone. The day time representative was the greatest... she was more than willing to help, however we didn't have everything we needed to get set up. I hope the evening rep's supervisor sees this and helps him with his customer service skills...

I had the pleasure of interacting with the owner and supervisor of this store one night I really needed help with my phone. Not only was the gentleman happy to work with me at the very last minutes before his store closed but he saved me a substantial amount of money with insightful strategies concerning my account. I find that anymore service like this is so very rare. I don’t typically leave any review anywhere really yet thought that this gentleman should receive the accolades he deserves.

I have had 2 phones from this place in the last 2 months. Not Happy With Apple or this store. Both times i had to setup my phone and all contacts and info from scratch by my self (no help in store)The ease of giving them your money is the easiest step of all. Don't hold your breathe for service.I am now on my third device which i had to make an insurance claim due to the fact that the store told me that it had water damage. when you look online this generation of iPhone doesn't have a water mark where they told me that they could clearly see there was "water damage" I will be leaving Metro and T-Mobile all together most likely after this after 15+ years.
