“The woman working at this store was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us the best deal possible. However, there should have been 2 people working in this store. She was notified while she was helping us that the other employee had quit and so she would have to work a double shift. Manager of the store is in Provo. I felt sorry for her. But other people who were waiting for an hour walked out. Hire more people!”
“Drix was very prompt to help my boyfriend and I make some changes to our plan and correct some things in the back end. He was able to explain how our contract and upgrades worked and was also able to call customer support for us to fix the things that couldn’t be done in store.
He wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us everything which is great because that hasn’t always been my experience with Verizon.”
“Stopped by this AT&T store to get help with my account and ended up having a really good experience. Bonnie helped me out and was super patient while we went through everything. I had a few issues that took some time to sort out, but he stayed helpful the entire time and made sure everything was handled correctly. The staff overall was friendly and the store was well run. “So it's going to cost $90 you get HBO MAX and a bunch of other great specifications and that's for two lines! For signing up, we're each getting a MOTO G POWER 2025. $25 activation fee. I'm not sure what the other fees are but I still think it's a steal. I can't wait to come in and sign up. I talked to them on the phone about what the out the door cost will be after taxes and fees and I'm happy about it. I hope I can get styluses too. I'll pay out of pocket if I have to for those. I love those miniature speakers they have for $25 too. Maybe we'll get a couple of those too. I'm not sure who helped me over the phone but I can't wait to come in when I get paid in a couple weeks!
