MOTORSPORTSLAND has been an amazing RV dealer during our experience buying our first new toy hauler. We had a great experience from our salesman Jeremy to Justin in finance. We first met the team at the RV show. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the toy hauler that we were interested in. He answered any and all questions we had and also introduced us to Scott the general manager. We then met with Justin in finance that worked hard to make financing right for our needs. We have purchased trailers from other dealers in the past and none have come close to the friendly folks at MOTORSPORTSLAND. Thank you Jeremy and team for helping us become part of the Forest River family!

One of the worse businesses I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service and service department. Rude and condescending. Once you sign on the dotted line, the smoke screen disappears and you find out exactly their true colors.

I just had a recall repair done on my Winnebago Revel van at Motorsportsland.Jessica (in service) is fantastic! She ordered the parts promptly, notified me with the estimated parts delivery, contacted me when they arrived, and scheduled me for service immediately. They did the repair very quickly while I waited.Their service is nothing short of stellar!

This place is amazing. It is the best RV place I have ever gone to. They do nothing but take care of you. They're honest they get everything done. They go the extra mile if you ever watching RV it is here. This is where you go. Their service is amazing and their cell staff is awesome and their part stores always there to help. I can't express how much Devon She is amazing I will always return to get her help for advice and have her take care of us. Thank you And their technicians to work on their rvs go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of so your stress and camping is at a minimum makes everything wonderful

Motor Sportsland was absolutely great to work with on the purchase of our new Redwood 4150RD 5th wheel. Once we settled on the 5th wheel we wanted we went down to Motor Sportsland and worked with Todd in sales and put a deposit down to get it on order with Redwood sadly the color options we wanted were no longer available so we were just about ready to call it quits on the deal until I mentioned to Todd there was the exact model and color available at a dealership back east. Well they didn’t even hesitate. Less then a month later our Redwood was sitting on their lot ready for us to come pickup. I think Todd, Justin and Chris in service went over and above with our deal and would highly recommended them to family and friends.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I learned quite a bit from them and it was nice to not feel pressured when I wanted to think about it over the weekend. Ended up getting our first RV and excited to take the family out in it soon!

Love this place. Their selection of RVs is awesome and the buying process is smooth with no hidden fees like we found at other dealers. The guys in finance are very professional and worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. Would highly recommend them.

329 days ago I dropped off our trailer to get warranty repairs. Today I finally got reimbursed for the amount they had me pay out of pocket. Except they only reimbursed 78% of what I paid.Long story short, we purchased our trailer 4 hours away so I asked the manufacturer Eclipse RV if there was somewhere closer to us they would recommend for warranty work. They sent us to Motor Sportsland. I wish I had done the repairs myself. It took 2 months to get in for repairs (pretty typical for RV warranties) and only about a week to actually do the repairs. Overall the repair department was pretty easy to work with even though our support rep was brand new on the job. After showing up to pick up the RV, I was informed that because I didn't purchase the RV from their shop, I would have to pay out of pocket. But don't worry because the manufacturer would send me a check for full reimbursement within 3-4 weeks. "That's just how warranty work is done" they said. That's not how it works. At least not with Eclipse RVs. The manufacturer sends out warranty checks on the 15th of each month direct to the dealer. The dealer then sends that check to the customer. But that requires the dealer to "apply" to get approval for reimbursement. It's a simple phone call or email and they get the go-ahead. Then the dealer has to follow-up to get that reimbursement check. And then the dealer should proactively communicate with the customer and let them know when to expect a check. After 2 months with no emails, calls and no reimbursement check in the mail, I called the dealer. Then the next month. Then 2 weeks later. In all, I called the manufacturer 5 times and the dealer 19 times over almost a year to finally get it resolved. All for a simple part I could have replaced myself in less than an hour.Buyer beware if you didn't buy your RV from them... don't take in your RV for warranty work.

Terrible outcome and service!!! I recently purchased a Class A RV from the Millcreek location. I used a transportation service to bring the RV to my home in Indiana. Also, the service took my Class C out to Utah for the trade. A hubcap was missing when the transporter showed up. The dealership made me buy a set of new hubcaps (over $500) before they would allow the transporter to leave with my Class A. I was understanding at the time, because my trade needed to be in the condition that was disclosed. When the Class A showed up, numerous things were wrong with the unit. I was extremely disappointed that the dealership let the unit go out in it's current condition. It was evident that they did not even go through the RV before sending it to Indiana. Dirt and dust build up was on the dash and cobwebs were in the windows. This was the first sign that they did not do the Prep, Detail and Inspection. 2 out of 3 slides did not work, the fireplace would not turn on, the bunk over the cab would not move up or down, bulbs were burnt out, wallpaper was pealing off and our local service center found many more items that needed fixed. I showed up to our local service center with a list of items that needed addressed. They found 4 and 1/2 pages of items that needed warranty work. You name it and it needed fixed. Very disappointed that this dealership clearly took advantage of a remote transaction and let this Class A show up in the condition it was. I had to buy a set of hubcaps, but they didn't do anything to prepare this RV to be in working condition as they disclosed when it was delivered.I worked with Todd Lowe and Justin Lawson remotely to complete this transaction. I was just a number to them and will not be a returning customer.

Inquiry about diesel heater exhaust parts and RV door lock mechanism in parts department when I entered three employees in parts department were having a conversation and took a bit to even get attention. The diesel heater exhaust I was inquiring about is all the rave in RV and van life and they were ignorant to it and still use inefficient propane and energy sucking heat systems. Just my opinions

Salesmen, Scott was Unbelievably sexist, rude and demeaning AFTER I spent $28,000. Even for being in Utah. Most of the sales department need lessons in dealing with people.
