Each time I enter Mountain America, I'm greeted warmly. I ask where I should go for a certain type of Credit Union questions? They don't have to ask you a bunch of questions about your needs. They either tell you to sign in and sit in this area or tell you to wait in a short line in the evening hours. They have a lot of tellers to wait on people, so the line is fast and not a problem. They always ask if there is anything else they may help you with.They are on the second floor of the building, but they are wheelchair friendly. I've had people ask if I need help, and I don't use a wheelchair! The ATM is just inside their doors.There are at least 3 lines for the drive up just behind the building with two entrances/exits to the parking and the Drive ups.

No STARS! Worst experience I've had with a financial establishment. No common sense. Trying to pay a loan for my deceased father while I wait for Probate Documents and they don't want to assist me with taking a payment to keep loan in good standing. Four representatives later, they will take my. money, but "can't" disclose how much is due - and I am out of state and do not have access to a payment book - how could I possibly know how much is due???? No commons sense - only told "we can not disclose that information to you". I would not recommend this CU. Unable to think outside the box - I am sure they are thinking about the late fees they will charge me more than assisting here.

What good is it to have a 24 hour atm if you can't access it 24 hours?? Wasted time and trip. Also it's a holiday weekend, not open until Tues again. Very disappointed

MACU locked my bill pay after I filed a fraud claim with Zelle. I've had pending bills waiting to go out for over two weeks and I cannot cancel them. I've spoken with the fraud department and managers and nobody is willing to help. They asked me why don't I use my credit card to pay my bills and I explained that I use bill pay so my bill collectors DO NOT have my credit or debit info, the whole purpose for using bill pay.Apparently my zellle fraud claim was denied several days after the claim and sent a letter I never received. MACU explained they can't open my bill pay back up and Zelle me is to "busy" to do it. They weren't to busy to deny my claim within two days. But they are to busy to release the lock on my bill pay.So my fraud claim was denied and I can't use my bill pay. Thanks MACU. I've been with you over 20 years but I'm breaking up with you because you aren't concerned about resolving my issues that you are clearly capable of doing so. Zelle has zero customer protection and MACU are completely full of s*** saying they can't unlock my bill pay.Goodbye Zelle, and goodbye MACU.
