This company is a joke! Just try to get them to honor a warranty without trying to charge you. I have made three trips to try to get them to warranty a n A/C compressor! They keep sending me invoices for a warranty. Do yourself a favor and go to Allreds instead. If I could rate them any lower I would.

Can't speak on anything specific about the company since I could never get connected with anyone on the phone to see if they actually have the items I need. 10+ minutes on hold multiple times. It's a joke.

Mountain land supply has always been on of my favorite supply houses for HVAC to work with they have amazing equipment and staff.One individual I wanted to shout out is Tate Calvert he is a very intelligent and respectful person that always has went over and beyond with with his knowledge and information and kindness with any questions and concerns I have and has alway done as amazing job on making sure his customers are well taken care of.

They REALLY need to update their online system. It's been screwed up and inaccurate for a few years now. The REALLY REALLY REALLY need to upgrade their credit card processing. This is HUGE for us . I purchase things at any other supplier in town and I get a notification on my phone from my credit card company before I get out the door. With Contractors/ Mountainland, it can take a week or more to process. This is an entirely unique issue with them. Many of my hvac friends won't shop here for the credit card issue alone. Please fix this! I've been shopping here since 1988, and I'm in there everyday. I spend a fortune there, help us contractors out by getting a better credit card processing system. #2023 ready!?

I worked here at one time. The company underpays it's employees and so the product ordered isn't as carefully handled as it could be if the employees had higher morale and better pay. They do offer scratch and dent items at a slight discount, and they have slightly higher prices than other companies. This was just one branch, and I was told more than several times this was the hardest branch to work at, and other branches have a different environment, so hopefully my experience is different than what other employees received.

Unhelpful and take forever to answer the phone. They do not sale direct to homeowners either, and it doesn’t say this on any of their socials or websites. New ownership doesn’t always mean a better company. Update your information and hire people that know what they are doing.

They are usually pretty fast. They are typically well stocked. I've had plenty of good interactions. A few bad namely them not ever re-imbursing me on crane fees when they delivered the wrong equipments (208/230 single phase instead of the 3 phase equipment I ordered) which I was told I would be but three years later I've never seen the money. My other complaint is they sell modulating/variable speed heat pumps but offer no dealer training and the tech support I've received after spending 20k on two dual fuel systems has pretty much amounted to RTFM .
