I purchased 3 "Silver Cookie Boxes" ($48.99 each + $14.99 shipping each) and 1 "Brownie Bites Tin" ($24.99 + $10.99 shipping) as Christmas gifts to family & friends via the Mrs. Fields website. One of the "Silver Cookie Boxes" and the "Brownie Bits Tin" were being sent to my son and daughter-in-law. However, the website did not allow me to combine the items into one shipment for any type of shipping discount. Hence, I was being charged $25.98 ($14.99 + $10.99) to ship two items to the same address. Subsequently, I phoned the toll-free number (800-266-5437) and spoke to a rep who informed me that the company only offers a shipping discount for multiples of the exact same item going to one address. Therefore, the two different items that I purchased (going to the same address) didn't qualify for a shipping discount. This is one of the most ridiculous company policies that I've ever heard of in my entire life. They've definitely lost me as a customer.

I ordered $75 worth of cookies to arrive on 12/22, and they have not arrived ten days later. Mrs. Fields told me that they have a 30 day shelf life, and to eat the old cookies whenever they get here. It was my fault for not paying $35 for express delivery. Never again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering anything online and having it shipped from this company. I paid extra to have it delivered on the persons birthday and they deliver it 3 DAYS EARLY. When you pay extra to have it delivered on a certain day and they just deliver it whenever defeats the purpose. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak with customer service. They did make it right and refund me my shipping
