I ordered $75 worth of cookies to arrive on 12/22, and they have not arrived ten days later. Mrs. Fields told me that they have a 30 day shelf life, and to eat the old cookies whenever they get here. It was my fault for not paying $35 for express delivery. Never again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering anything online and having it shipped from this company. I paid extra to have it delivered on the persons birthday and they deliver it 3 DAYS EARLY. When you pay extra to have it delivered on a certain day and they just deliver it whenever defeats the purpose. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak with customer service. They did make it right and refund me my shipping

If I had a choice, it would be no stars. I placed two online orders within 24 hours apart. The first order, was placed on 12/17/18 and before confirming that order, I wanted to be sure of the delivery date, which stated 12/19/18. Worked perfect for the recipient being available to receive the surprise gift. Confirmation for that order received @ 12:07p PST and delivery date: 12/19/18. We decided to order another surprise gift through Mrs. Field's late that evening. Confirming the delivery date for the second order would be 12/20/18. Works perfect! WRONG...the confirmation shipment email with tracking number was not received until late 12/18/2018 @ 6:17p and 6:20p for both orders expected delivery will be on Friday, 12/21/2018. Spoke to Michelle to make sense of the false advertising, (delivery date) and how both orders were placed at two different times, but delivery is the same day. (I might've not placed the first order, if I would've known the delivery date was Friday.) She states the standard shipping (which is what I selected for both orders) takes an additional 2-3 days. Why not post that on the website? Estimated delivery date: 12/21/2018. If it arrives sooner....Kudos to the vendor and a very happy customer! No regrets or remedy to make it right from Mrs. Field's. I do understand during the holiday season, order in advance to avoid delays or any hiccups. What I don't understand, don't false advertise shipping on your website, just to make the sale. Items will be delivered, but later then expected. It ruined our surprise to the recipient because they had to be notified to keep an eye out for their package as their company will be closed until the New Year. Mrs. Field's...you were/are definitely the "Grinch" this season. Bah Humbug...
