Had a terrible experience with Murray Auto sales. They posted a car on KSL that I wanted to look at. I called them talked through the details of the car and the price. They verified price and the details of the car so drove down to pick it up. They thought we were talking about a different car when I arrived. Even though we had verified over the phone the car from the KSL ad. What a waste of my time. Terrible service they're very unorganized and have no idea what they're doing would avoid at all costs

Back in 2017 I bought a USED Honda pilot 15k and they made me pay 300 a month which I agreed to. Within two days my engine stopped working and I was late to work I remember calling them & they did not apologize or cared that I recent bought the car and already breaking down causing me to be late to work. They just told me to bring it in on the weekend. I remember telling my dad and my dad was on vacation at the time extremely furious because he knew I was ripped off, he used to work at Larry H. miller for 7 years and knows how auto dealership work. We went in and the guy he’s lucky I can’t remember his name threaten us saying if we don’t leave he was going to increase interest and I CAN NOT make this up the guy got right in my dad’s face it almost seem like he wanted to fight and my Hispanic dad had a straight face and did not flinch and told me to give the guy the keys and we walked away and luckily got my out of the contract. As you can see in their responses with their reviews they are hostile and won’t take any accountability. I forgot to leave a review because how shaky things were back then but that moment still haunts me sometimes how the main guy there was threatening & aggressive so I thought you guys deserve a review :) and yes it was you guys MURRAY AUTO DEALERSHIP before you respond to say it wasn’t. I bought a ford escape 2020 BRAND NEW at another dealership for 29k and approved for 300 month payment plan, you guys really tried ripping me off with that 15k car. Y’all deserve this review.

I stopped in several times before I found the SUV I wanted. Not one single time did I get the "come inside & give us your info" stuff that normally happens at car lots. Patrick handed me the keys & let me check out the vehicle. These guys are the definition of no pressure & laid back! It's no wonder they sell so many cars. I accidentally took a key from the dealership and I had no idea and after a week they texted me and asked for it and I had no problem finding it returning it but the owner ray texted me and threaten me with my address and all my personal information to bring the key back and kept calling while I was at work and I told him I would return it and he kept texting me and wouldn’t let me work. I find that unprofessional when told him I was more then happy bringing it back after I got off work and that’s how they handled it

This place does not deserve one star. If you read this and then buy a car here, you aren't doing your homework. My family member bought a car. Financed through their office. Told her she did not have enough approved credit to add a warranty. Car broke down within a few weeks. Transmission. $5000-$8000 repair depending where you go. They offered to let her buy a second car (financed through them) so she would be paying for two cars when one doesn't even work.I asked them how that even makes sense when she couldn't finance a warranty but could a second car and "owner??" got defensive and said I was attacking him. Hahaha. Typical predatory sales and attitude. Place is a rip-off. They love to say they have an A+ rating from the BBB, but if you actually go to the BBB site and read the details, that doesn't mean jack......

I called the place and spoke with a nice gentleman named Derrick (I think) He gave me the out the door price but agreed to go $400 under that price. When we arrived the owner (I think) so incredibly rude saying he would not sell the car at that price. I tried to tell him that I spoke with someone else about the agreement but he wouldn't let me finish my sentence and yelled saying he was not gonna sell it at the price that the guy made a mistake by not adding taxes. I tired to tell him again that it wasn't a misunderstanding that it was an agreement since we were going to pay cash. He kept yelling so I told him I would've been happy to pay his asking price but with his attitude that I did not want the car.Have never been treated like that (only the one person. Rest of workers were fine) and will never be going back to that place.

So I bought a jeep in September, had issues with it two weeks later, needed a new transmission and head gasket. I've spent well over 4k to fix it but the manager was very nice to fix all that for me. Which saved me some money and I now have my Jeep back and hope I don't have any problems with it anymore.

These guys were not only super cool to do business with, they lowered my interest rate by 9 percent!!! They did everything possible to make my buying experience fast, efficient, transparent, and fulfilling. 10/10 would recommend and I will for sure do business with them in the future.

I visited and spoke with the salesman here over the period of a couple months. I prefer a car place like this so much more to my experiences with larger dealerships. It can be stressful going to somewhere besides a dealership because you don't know what kind of experience you will have. These guys were easygoing and super flexible. They let me customize my deal exactly how I needed. I was buying a car under the pressure of a very stressful situation, something you never want to do. In particular, Ray is a gem. He spent individual time helping me understand the car I was interested in, its history, and how you can tell certain things about a car you are buying. The actual finalizing of the sale and the loan and getting license plates took a bit longer. But it was absolutely worth it to deal with them over the large dealerships.

Murray Auto made buying my dream car an easy affordable reality. I bought a SICK 2013 Chevy Camaro from them today and the entire process was extremely smooth. Jesus helped me with everything I needed and got me driving the car as soon as he could.Thank you for making my auto wish come true Murray Auto!!!

I am very disappointed and frustrated of my experience here, it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!I bought a 2016 Jeep Sport Utility vehicle and I didn’t even drove the car for a week and I was already experiencing issues with the car, specifically the transmission heating up & the AC not working. We went back to complain and they stated that there was a problem obviously & they would charge us the $300 to get it fixed & fix the AC…they kept delaying it and stated it was going to be fixed next week, then another week goes by and I didn’t have the car for a month.After they fixed the engine issue. Tony let us know they could not fix the AC and he referred us to Jeep dealership, I’m sure they knew that from the beginning they couldn’t deal with that kind of issue and I’d rather have them be honest with me then to say that they can’t fix the AC because they don’t have the parts for a Jeep. Tony the supervisor said that he would work with us & not charge us the $300 because they did not get the AC fixed. He referred us to a Jeep dealership and promised that if the dealership charged us let’s say $250 then we would pay the difference, $50 and if the Jeep dealership charged us more than that they would pay the rest. I called them a couple of times to confirm that this is what they said. Tony confirmed and stated that if I had any issues to contact him and call them for them to make the payment. We got the AC fixed with the Jeep Dealership and the total was $700, the rep contacted Murray Auto-sales & spoke to Tony, and he said that they were not going to pay for it and we had to pay $700 out of pocket.It hasn’t been 6 months and I’m having issue with the fuel pump. This car has given me so many problems & I feel like they knew about it and would rather lie to their customers.In this process Tony was UNPROFESSIONAL, DEFENSIVE when he would speak to my parents AND DISHONEST. I’ve never had such a horrible customer service experience with a dealership. Even the Jeep dealership apologized for their behavior. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE to go to another dealership. I don’t want anyone to have the same experience as I did. I’m surprised that this dealership is still running & will report them.I’ve never given anyone a bad review. Mind you, I understand that not every vehicle will be perfect. It was the customer service experience that I had with them & of course on top of that my vehicle is not working.

I just wanna say I love our experience with Murray Auto. From the moment we walked in the door Jesus helped us out. He showed us a couple cars that could possibly fit our budget. Given our experience with some other dealerships before Murray Auto. We was ready to just call it a day but Jesus worked with us and got us approved for a 2016 Acadia Denali. I appreciate his hard work and pushing through to get us approved. We are so happy with our car and we definitely will be back. ? Love the service at Murray Auto Sales. Thank you for helping us. 5*
