Do not not not order the halibut fish and chips. Fish was dry dry dry. Coating on fish was bulletproof. Connor our server was excellent, but he could not fix the mess that came from the kitchen

From my wife and sister in law's: Our server was amazing!! Food was excellent, however we were disappointed we couldn't get a glass of wine or a cocktail. We were on a sister trip and were wanting to have a special “fun” lunch and that was an unpleasant surprise.

Both the Ginger Sesame & Cesar salads are very good. Top with shrimp or salmon and they are even better. Our server was polite and stopped by just often enough.

We often go to Nordstrom Cafe before the play because the food is good, service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Fortunately they accept reservations.

The woman (Vasilisa) who worked the men’s cologne counter (I think she normally works in makeup) was incredibly helpful and friendly! She hooked me up with a sample of a scent I’ve been wanting to get so I can make sure it will work. She was super attentive! I hope to go get some makeup from her soon.

I had an absolutely disgusting experience at Nordstrom at city Creek. I was working with Liam and he was finding me Shirt sizes. When it came time to check out, right in the middle of ringing me up, and another associate, came over and grabbed him and pulled him over to a different register and had him ring up her clients. This was clearly a customer that was more important than myself. When he returned, I asked him what that was about. He told me it was complicated. I told him it wasn’t complicated to me! I let him know that it was bad behavior and I don’t Appreciate being treated like that! I let him know that nobody is more important than anybody else. And he just kept telling me it was complicated and I kept reminding him that it wasn’t complicated, And that it’s bad behavior. I told him he needs to tell his coworker that it’s not OK. He then told me not to make it an issue. I replied back That he and his coworker are the ones that made it an issue!
It was clear that this is not just an employee Problem, but a management problem!
I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to a department assistant manager. This person clearly didn’t have the capabilities of addressing the complaint.
This is too management! You should be ashamed of yourselves and the culture you have created! No one is better than anyone else!!

Not worth going to Nordstrom Grill anymore. My table wasn't clean, the atmosphere is like a haphazard experience. Food not worth the price. I've always loved eating at the Grill but not too much tonight!!

Waited an hour for our food after we ordered. Steaks were overcooked. Manager comped part of the meal and offered us a discount to return. We won't be back.

High quality food for a fair price. Every meal feels like it's crafted perfectly! Each dish feels well thought out, and shines through with cohesive elements. I appreciate the portion sizes. Not too much, and not too little; just right. Our table got the ginger sesame salad w/shrimp, cilantro lime salad w/chicken, sharable brussels sprouts, chicken pot pie soup, lemon ricotta cookie, and a licac fizz specialty drink. All of it was amazing!! And you can never go wrong with any of their salads. The stand out was their brussels sprouts. They were bursting with savory, roasted flavor! The service was great. They were friendly and timely. Finally, the ambiance is fun, stylish, and classy, but not stuffy.
