Hands down best moving company I have used did a cross country trip from texas to Washington and my driver Abel Ortega was super careful, nice, loading the truck and made sure my delivery was on time and kept in contact and communicated the whole time. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

North American Van Lines did a solid job with my recent cross-country move. Starting with my coordinator, Lennon, who was friendly, responsive and professional, my movers were also friendly, competent and professional. I only had a few things break from the move, nothing detrimental. The crating and uncrating of my marble table top was top notch and well worth the extra money. The moving business is filled with price gouging, dishonestly, and sloppiness. I’ve had the opposite experience with NA Van Lines. Although their pricing is not the cheapest you will find, paying the extra is worth it. Although nothing is ever perfect with a cross-country move, overall I’m very happy with my experience. Thank you Lennon and the team!

Redman/North American handled our move flawlessly, thoughtfully and professionally. This was our third time using professional movers for a big move, and it was certainly the best. Lennon worked out a win-win with our driver, Jeff from Omaha, who has moving IQ like Peyton Manning has football IQ. Moving can be stressful, he made it super smooth. Everyone who helped was hard-working and gracious. Five stars for sure.

I would never recommend this moving company. I am in the middle of a cross country move from north carolina to utah, and it has been hands down the worst moving experience I've ever had. I was assured delivery in a 1 to two week window, and right now, my delivery isn't even scheduled even though it's been a full week since my stuff was loaded. No one can explain why, where my stuff is, or who is responsible for scheduling my move. I would advise anyone considering using this company to look somewhere else.

Used North American Van Lines once before and was pleased so I used them again. This experience was not as satisfying. My delivery was late. They promised delivery within a two week window and it was a week late. There was a lack of communication, things were broken (bed frames), microwave dropped and dented, boxes delivered that weren’t mine. Haven’t done a complete inventory yet, but so far some items haven’t been accounted for. Overall experience was okay. Would consider another company next time.

This is the worst move I have ever experienced. In moving from Maryland to Utah last year many of my belongings were damaged, destroyed, or lost. I chose the top bid hoping that I would receive good service. I did not.

They did a great job of getting my load scheduled within a month and delivered to new state two weeks thereafter. Appreciate the quick delivery time. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Worst experience with a moving company. They manhandled my belongings and ruined multiple pieces of furniture. Some not replaceable. Came into my home and played pool. Pool cues slipped off the table and left blue marks on walls. I was charged for multiple people to unload at destination and only the driver and one other person arrived. Thanks to my son helping, things were offloaded, otherwise it would have taken 2 days. Truck arrived 4 days later than I was told at loading time. I was also told that only my belongings would be only load the truck, some from another move of someone else’s was packed on top of our stuff and intermixed with ours. In stacking in storage unit, some things slipped off and broke a table into many pieces. Not even an apology. I was charged a lot for this move and I feel like they did not do a good job for us. Would not recommend them.

I’ve been waiting for them to deliver my things for 6 weeks. Imagine living in a new place with no household goods and no updates on delivery! Very disappointing and a total breach of contract.

We worked with the North American Van Lines to move us across country. The pricing was very reasonable, and Lennon was great to work with. The movers were professional as well. However, we had some major issues with the move.1. We had no communication with our driver, so we found ourselves frequently emailing Lennon to help us know where our driver was. Unfortunately, we continually heard that our things were delayed with vague estimated timelines. Ultimately, our things arrived 12 days late. We were reimbursed for this delay, but I really wish it had been communicated better since we had to live in an empty apartment for a month.2. Our dresser was incredibly damaged. A whole leg was ripped off, a hole was found in the bottom of the dresser, and wood was chipped off. I was shocked to see such damage from professional movers. We were reimbursed for this as well, but we had to subtract a $500 deductible. If you choose North American Van lines, pay extra for the minimum deductible available.
