Shelly helped me to locate a foot for my machine and was very helpful and kind. Her supervisor however was pressuring her to show me a demo of a new machine. I told the supervisor I wasn't interested to which she responded with a flippant look. It didn’t go unnoticed by me. Shelly couldn't have been more professional. Supervisor was not.

Friendly staff. Great selection of high-quality fabric. The price of fabric is reasonable. Their classes are wonderful, and the teachers are very knowledgeable.

Nuttall’s is a haven for quilters and sewists. They did a tune up for my older Bernina and it works (again) like a champ! I love strolling thru and looking at the wide variety of notions and fabric. It’s like being a kid in a candy store!

It said it was open until 9pm tonight but we went an hour before closing and it was closed. There were no store hours listed on the exterior of the building to reference either. There are glass windows and they could put a paper of store hours up against that facing out from the inside listing store hours at least or make it accurate on here (google) or leave a sign if they aren’t going to keep regular hours. It’s a waste of time and resources to travel for nothing.

Great folks there are dedicated to their products and crafts and to customer service.I came back to finalize some details on some training I had purchased earlier, and I was informed I could get the training along with other additional items at a much reduced price.I know little about sewing, but I recognize the pride, competence and genuine helpfulness of the people working there.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have a great deal of sewing experience and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are happy. They also offer a lot of classes and product support after your purchase.

I can't say enough about the unprofessional work ethic of the Pleasant Grove grove store. Today at 9 am they should be hosting a block of the month class. No one is here. The same thing happened with an embroidery class last month. 6 of us showed up to a class that we called and confirmed would be happening and the instructor forgot to show up. While I love my machine I bought it was over priced and the free classes they offer with purchase are over inflated in value. The customer service is not great. It took two weeks to get a knob replaced that broke 14 days after I bought my machine. They would not let me keep the machine while they ordered the knob. Then I took my machine in for paid service several months later and they did not reset the stitch count. If you have other options of stores to shop at I would recommend avoiding Nuttalls in Pleasant Grove.

The employees are wonderful! They are so very helpful. Over the last few years I have purchased two sew/embroidery machines from them. I frequent the store seeking advice and fresh ideas. Honestly, I’m never disappointed. Well worth a visit!!!

My wife’s machine was making noises, so we took it in to get a tune up. When she explained what was happening, the clerk said “a tune up is expensive. Let’s just take a look first.” She opened it up, cleaned and oiled some bits and sent us on our way. We are forever using Nuttals from now on.
