Buyers beware, this company seems to consistently get their prices incorrect on their website. And even after paying and providing proof of their mistake they will disregard their own incompetence and try to force you to pay the difference to receive your card. Because of that I can’t recommend this shop to anyone and would actually suggest you stay as far away from it as possible. Punishing the customer for the mistakes of your own employees is not the way to go ?

Best game store in the valley. Would say it’s the best in the state but I haven’t been to every game store in the state yet.

Parking is impossible, prices are higher for games. They seem to only care about MTG.

This establishment is little more than a casino with cards.Management fails to ensure that their employees communicate effectively and are knowledge about trade rates. If the only thing you're planning to do here is spend money, then it's what you expect of a game store. Maybe a little nicer. If you're looking to engage in the collectible card game economy with this establishment, they'll lie to you about their rates and underpay to you, making sure to say, "it's no skin off our back if you don't sell." It's yet another LGS that only cares to swindle their customers.Edit: Might as well go to be BBB with how they respond to complaints. Was hoping that my experience was actually just a fluke. More recent reviews show that is not the case. They'll ignore your review, or misrepresent what happened.Edit the second: Judging by the negative reviews and my last, and final visit, y'all treat any customer complaint as though it were some sort of unreasonable request, which is just so pathetic that Oasis would manipulate their customers like that. Gaslight, gate-keep, girl-boss, style. Try it, complain about being mistreated, and they'll double down on it, and force an aggressive response out of their customers. Whether it's, "No skin off our back" or accusing their clients of trying to get fast cash. Which is "polite language" for "we think you stole this"Also, make sure that you have an infinite reserve of patience, because if you ask about an update on a SINGLE CARD's appraisal they'll brashly accuse you of seeking, "fast cash." I've never waited for over an hour for fast cash, and don't understand how that could be the conclusion that was jumped to.On a positive note: It's cool Oasis doesn't judge based on face tattoos, but you'd think that kid with the face tats might offer that same base level courtesy and not be a hostile unhelpful person. I asked if there are any updates, kid. You don't gotta act like I'm even rushing you. Y'all's MO resembles a seedy pawn shop more and more.

Oasis was a wonderful store to play in. It has an ample inventory of cards and spare room for playing. Tidy, orderly and with competitive pricing.

Oasis hosted a great tournament and I had a great experience in all aspects here. As long as you don't park illegally and selfishly, blocking the front entrance, you'll have a wonderful experience here!

Staff sneer when talking, generally unpleasant. Location has poor parking, and tows cars for basically nothing.Location sucks.

While the prices are not the most competitive, the service and selection are unmatched here in Salt Lake Valley.
