Yesterday we had a copier that was making a lot of chattering noise and eventually stopped working. Joe Chatterton arrived to diagnose and fix the problem. He must’ve had that copier dismantled into over a dozen pieces. Once he determined the cause, he left to retrieve the small part that had caused the issue. When he replaced that part, then cleaned and reassembled the machine, it worked better than ever. Our copier was so clean, we had to do a double-take, because it looked almost brand new. Thanks Les Olson, we appreciate Joe with his excellent service.”
