“My big problem with Mattress Firm is you send too many emails and texts at the wrong times early in the morning 930 at night asking for reviews if you want a good review stop bugging me so much. My Sales people Rob, and Carrie Ann did an excellent job. So did the two Delivery guys they were awesome. Now stop texting me asking for reviews thank you”

“CariAnn was a really good sleep expert. She handled all my concerns and questions as if the store was her own and she wanted a customer to have better sleep, and not just sell an overpriced mattress. She was very patient with my choices and she excelled in her understanding of finding the perfect comfortable mattress!”
“I had a terrific experience getting my first pair of ski boots here. Gavin went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had the right pair for my feet, he is incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. Their two year guarantee is also terrific. Strongly recommend seeing Gavin or Grayson for help here :)”

“My bed remote came within a few days. It was easy finding the correct part and ordering it. They have the most reasonable prices. The remote was easy to install and works great! Definitely would recommend this business, and I will use them again for future needs.”
“Vidal was professional and knowledgeable without being overly pushy or in our face at all…a pleasure to buy from!
Editing to say that we just received our delivery and the gentlemen were consummate professionals who helped us get set up and ready to go. Painless, easy, and helpful. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat!”

“Highest recommendation!
Called & got an appointment to their private warehouse within 20 minutes, where I was met by Ben--an extremely helpful gentleman who immediately found me the exact chair I needed at a way better price than I anticipated.
Huge selection (including Steelcase & Herman Miller), all at great prices.”

“Wes and his team at Main Street Office Furniture are the best! Wes is super friendly and helps to make sure you find the best desk and chair, with the best designs possible, to ensure your work environment is comfortable, ergonomic, and productive. If you need office furniture, chairs, or accessories, you can’t go wrong with MSOF!!”
“My experience over the years working the team at Forsey's has been exceptional. Forsey' has an exceptional lineup of high quality products. What separates them from other merchants are their people. Buying furniture for your home is a very personal decision. They don't sell you furniture. Jack and his team provide you with an array of possibilities in a way that enables you to choose what is the right for you.”
“Jaxson was fantastic at accommodating our schedules and needs for being able to get in to see some work examples and discussing the possibilities of what they can do for custom pieces. He eas also very helpful and transparent on pricing structure and how we could design pieces to better fit our budget. We ordered a custom queen bed as a mix of their log design and a slab head and footboard. It matched exactly what we had pictured and will stay with us forever. They do beautiful work that's extremely well built (sturdy to last a lifetime). Highly recommended!”
“We bought a wonderful, great quality kitchen table and chairs a few years ago from Sugar House. Recently we needed a small repair. We contacted Ben and he totally took care of what we needed done. We have been very impressed with their customer service.”
“I've never been to this store. But I ordered a part for my bed online and the owner has been so helpful that I would love to visit their store one day. This kind of customer service is what made America great and sadly is a dying trait.”
“What an incredible place to support local business. I was looking for a couch for months and couldn’t quite find what I wanted. Kanell’s custom designed a couch based on my room size and doorframe size to make sure it fits inside the house. I loved the fabric and cushion shape options. They are SO nice and communicative and have a great history in slc.
It was done really quickly and they did an amazing job delivering it and helping me set it up. Support local and shop here!”

“Merilee was awesome to work with. She made the purchase of our new sofa a complete breeze. Setting up our account was quick and simple. We love our new sofa and we know it will last forever because of the quality. Bassett furniture is our go to place for quality furniture.”
“This store makes me happy. Whether you are walking the grounds, looking at the beautiful garden, the Koi Bond, fountains, pots, or the many unique treasures on the inside of the store. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are fun to talk to and enjoy getting to know you. Worth the stop!”
“This shop has the most beautiful and iconic design pieces. We have been saving for an authentic Herman Miller Eames lounge chair and we were so happy to get the opportunity to purchase one from the Green Ant. The owner is so kind, even when I wasn’t purchasing, he would pull pieces down for me to admire closely just because I had never seen an authentic Verner Panton chair in person. For beautifully preserved design pieces, this shop is the best and the people are so welcoming and helpful when you are ready to purchase that special piece that will last for decades ❤”
“Anvil built beautiful high quality cabinets for us in a time for a wedding. Joy worked up a plan the day I went in, measured in person within the week and had it ordered.too. Came in early!! No one does that!”
“I have been doing business with Jennifer Davis for over 13 years. She has always been my go to person when it comes to ordering Office furniture. The process is always done in a very professional and efficient manner. We love the products, the chairs are outstanding. She is always willing to find us or notify us of new furniture we might be interested in. They also have a great repair department, we are a company of over 500 employees it is important to keep the chairs and furniture in proper working order. The team is quick to respond and the furniture has a great warranty. They were quick to come up with a solution for at home workers and ordering of furniture, they are always looking out for their customers.Teresa Dodge”

“We went in for Labor Day. It was both my partner’s and my first time ever going into a mattress store. We were worried about being pressured into something we didn’t want and were pleased that the experience wasn’t at all like that. A sales person greeted us right away. I told them I was looking at Sealys and she directed us to them. I told her I had seen bad reviews about DreamCloud and she said the DreamCloud is actually a great mattress and we should try it out and see for ourselves. Then she left us browsing and trying mattresses. We must have tried all of them by the end. She checked on us one more time before we made our decision. Wouldn’t you know it, we decided on the DreamCloud. The sales process was quick, no hassle, and no pressure to pay more for a more expensive mattress. We got a free adjustable base with the Labor Day sale and we went with in house financing which was also extremely quick for an approval process. Overall great experience and I’m super happy with our purchase and excited to receive it.”
