We LOVE Old Farm and their staff! Staff is filled with amazing, caring, and personable people who absolutely love your dog like it's their own. I've been taking my boy Bubba here since he was a puppy and he has grown up coming here for the last 2 years. He absolutely loves the staff members (almost more than me), gets so excited when he hears "daycare", and always comes home sleepy from playing all day. He is a tank around 170 pounds or so now, and has so many friends his size to play with. It makes me so incredibly happy to know that the staff loves him as much as I do We will always be with Old Farm!

**** review edited.....I called Nikki the day after I picked my dog up at 1:56 p.m. NOT SEVERAL days after (im happy to show phone records) The message I received in turn is NO one noticed my dog coughing which she showed signs of immediately after I picked her up, so in fact she was coughing while at the kennel, my dog was also fully vaccinated. I appreciate the defensive response which is the same response the others said they received upon receiving an unwell dog when they picked them up and reporting it to Old Farm. No one should feel bad about their dog coming home sick and making note of it and reporting it** I really wanted to like this place the staff was very friendly. With that being said there is a lack of education going ok here. My dog came home and was coughing within 30 minutes of her 5 day stay while we were out of town. I called and spoke to Nickie who said she growled in her kennel and maybe she was hoarse. I brought my pup to the vet who said she clearly had kennel cough and contracted it while boarding. She found it very strange that people with such knowledge would not notice a dog with a terrible cough. She also said dogs growl and bark all the time and getting "hoarse" is not a thing. My dog enjoyed her time here, but I cannot overlook the fact she came home with kennel cough and they seemed shocked to hear that, and said they didn't notice anything. However I spoke with a few others who had the exact same experience and posted on here as well. They each told me the same thing. There is no way the coughing started immediately after I picked my dog up. It would have been much better had someone been honest with me about it, unless they weren't paying any attention to my dog, they would have noticed her cough as bad as it was. Now with that vet bill and the lack of communication we won't be back.

I had the most incredible experience with Old Farm Pet Resort during a time of extreme crisis. My family and I faced a house fire, and it was an incredibly stressful and trying time. In the midst of all the chaos and uncertainty, we were fortunate to have our beloved dogs taken care of by the exceptional team at Old Farm. From the very first moment we reached out to them, they displayed an unwavering commitment to helping us during this challenging period. The compassion and understanding they showed us were beyond remarkable. They immediately accommodated us without hesitation and took the weight of worrying about our dogs well-being off our shoulders.

I absolutely adore this daycare. They did everything they could in their power to help me in my time of an emergency. All three of my dogs love going here. The staff was amazing to work with and very communicative.

Great place. They open at 6:30 am and don't close until 7. The hours are so convenient for people who work. They take good care of the pups and their staff is very kind.

I was hesitant about bringing my precious puppy to daycare because he is so little and very attached to his mommy. He absolutely LOVES coming here. It took him a little while to get adjusted but now he is so excited every day he comes in tail wagging and I leave knowing he is well taken care of. All of the ladies are so gentle and attentive to him and absolutely adore him which makes me feel relieved as I work a lot and travel a lot too. I highly recommend bringing your dogs here!

I used to work here and the way they care about their animals is phenomenal. They have the best staff that gets to know every pet that comes in by heart. The managers (and other staff) cares about the dogs and getting these animals/ employees cared for more than they care about themselves. I have worked at 2 other daycares since I have left them, and nowhere can even compare. Your animals are in amazing hands coming here.

My pup loves this place. She has a great time both in the doggie daycare and boarding. She freaks out if I leave her at home alone for a few hours, but I've boarded her for 11 days, and she was fine. You can tell that the people who work here love the animals, and connect with them personally.

We love old farm pet resort and so do our dogs! We have two golden retrievers and the girls both love going there! We’ve done daycare and multiple days of overnight boarding and both have been wonderful. The staff really cares about your pets and they run a tight ship for dog safety. Couldn’t recommend it more.We also love that our girls can get a nice bath before we pick them up! They always come home so happy and tired, with cute little bandanas on from their baths. Love it! We will keep going back.

A little smaller than some facilities but had plenty of staff that are really caring. Seems less stressful for my dog as a result. She seemed happy there.

This place is great! I'll be honest, when you first pull up, it might not look like as much, but it's a great little place for your dogs! I've had them watch my two little Yorkies several times! These guys are pet people!! My dogs are seriously excited when I take them here. My dogs always come back healthy and happy. The people there do an amazing job making sure the dogs are so happy!

These people have no consideration for our air quality. They were outside idling for over 15 minutes, who knows how long? Poor character. -you have a history of responding how disturbed you are rather than owning up to your faults. The most disturbing thing is that you don't care that you're giant vehicle was idling. Well I do, as well as others. Entitled B.

I love the care for dogs at Old Farm that I now work there! I have never seen a group of people so attentive and loving towards dogs. There is a TON of space for your dog to run and play. I watched a coworker yesterday sitting on the floor trying to spoon feed a sick dog. This place LOVES dogs and do their very best to make sure every dog has the love and care that they need.

Like most people, our dogs are members of our family. This was our first time boarding our pups. My thirteen-year-old was VERY nervous about leaving his dog, Tipper who helps calm his anxiety. My thirteen-year-old called several times during our trip and each time an employee answered and was kind and answered his questions. Our younger dog Wilson is only three-years-old and has not been around many other dogs. He really struggled at first but the staff was so patient and worked with him. I loved that Wilson and Tipper could have baths before we picked them up and I could tell they loved being there and playing with all the other dogs and getting love from the staff. Thank you Old Farm for making our first boarding experience great and for taking great care of Wilson and Tipper.
