What is there to say inept staff. Uncaring docs. Inaccurate records. This place went down hill as soon as Dr Wahl left and they built the new building. Might as well just get your care at the ER.

My doctor was fine but he was let go or something and it was a nightmare just trying to get ahold of someone about my prescriptions. They refused to refill my prescription unless I saw a new doctor. Even though it wasn't my fault this doctor left, they said they needed to have a new doctor establish care. It was a total waste of my time and its basically impossible to get a human through their messaging tool or phone #.

One star is being generous. Worst patient care I have ever experienced. Doctor romo and her nurse are Worthless. As I was checking in Romo's nurse starts to bad mouth another patient to me... Then tells me she's short on time and wants the short answer to my medical Issues. Then doctor Romo comes in and says the same thing and rushes through my appointment. I called four separate times about my medication and never got a response. I will never go back to this clinic!

Pros: Shannon Quinn is a non-judgmental and straight forward healthcare provider.Cons: Long wait times on the phone and in the office. Communication can be frustrating but I have been able to get things figured out in the end.

Scheduling leaves MUCH to be desired. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Romo at the end of May and was told end of September is the earliest she had available for a physical, okay no problem, she's a good Dr. and is booked out, makes sense. Wait 4 months for my appointment, brings us to today 9/26/23. Go in tell them I have an appointment, get told I'm not in the system. Pull up email (because you must scheduled appointments through email) confirming I made an appointment for today. Get asked if I received a confirmation notification yesterday. No which I did think was odd but couldn't imagine waiting for months for nothing. One receptionist says she's noticed that's been happening lately. WHY?! Why is this a thing?! It wouldn't be a thing if you could just CALL to schedule. The whole reason I waited so long was to see my Dr, Dr. Romo. I could've been seen MUCH sooner if I wanted some rando. Took time off work to see my Dr. get told I don't have an appointment. Honestly ridiculous. If you're going to make people have to jump through hoops and start a whole email chain to make an appointment, then you should make sure that that appointment is made and not tell people "Sorry, you waited 4 months and took time off work for nothing, see you later"

After leaving several messages on my portal and trying to call the front office several times also , (which is literally impossible to actually speak to a person), I ended up going elsewhere for treatment. A courtesy possibly of saying "the dr. is out of the office until ...." But no, response is terrible. Only prompts. There are still offices that actually have people manning the phones and receptionists that work with you. After many many years of going to Olympus Clinic seeing great doctors and nurses that seemed to have time, we are changing our care to others. Most of the problems I've seen have been front office and the reviews I have read, also indicate the same .

I like the doctors but the receptionist is rude and lied to my face when I asked why Jill (my doctors assistant) would not return my many phone messages to renew my medication. She claimed my doctor and Jill had just returned that day (Tues) from two weeks vacation. Truth was that Jill left early Fri. and Mon. and just didn't give a hoot that I was without my medication. So unkind and ignorant about her job. I witnessed reception treat a very elderly man with such impatient and rude language, to a man who was very frail and could barely stand. I watched this gentleman feel his way toward toward the enter door to the doctor's offices only then did I notice the man was blind. No one helped him. This Obese woman at reception is a villain and yet she somehow keeps her job.

I have been a patron of Olympus Clinic for several years and as such have been attended to by many of their doctors, nurses and PA’s. All have been above reproach and excellent practitioners. Sometimes the admin staff are not the best…but the Doc’s are!

Having a clinic that doesn't allow people to call in to make an appointment over the phone is completely lacking in patient care. Having to send a message, that is then returned at a delay, only to relay messages back and forth over the course of several days just to schedule an appointment defeats the purpose of having them as a primary care doctor. Whoever thought this was a good idea, should seriously see a doctor. Oh wait... you can't, because it takes AGES just to schedule an appointment, let alone see one of the doctors.

Olympus Family medicine is the last place I would ever go again. Their front desk is the worst and totally rude. The doctors are just ok but it is when you leave that it gets really bad. I was billed the wrong amount. My appointment was a well exam and totally covered by my insurance. They kept billing me and then very quickly sent me to collections. When I would call they would not help me. This went on for several months. It was like they were intentionally trying to ruin my credit. I finally had to get a manager of my own insurance company to call them multiple times and ask them to properly bill them so they could pay. They even gave them a hard time! I then looked on additional google reviews and found now that this is regular for this place. PATIENT BEWARE!!

Receptionists do not know what they're doing and are extremely rude. I had already had an appointment scheduled and was told I could make payments in order to be seen. Then I received a call from the same receptionists the day of my appointment claiming I couldn't be seen because she had mistaken their policies. Do not waste your time with this doctors office.

Among the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life trying to get in contact with anyone for various reasons, whether scheduling an appointment or refill requests, it's just the absolute worst. It's also super annoying that you can't manage any sort of payment for your account through the elation app they use to see your balance, it's 2023, unreal. The doctors are hit or miss, some good, some bad.

The only loyal person in that building is my Dr, which is Romo. She is very caring and has been my primary Dr for 5 years. I highly recommend the Dr, but the automated calling service, reception desk, and billing service is a 0/5.

So sad, but they have no patient loyalty. We have been going here for a few years. When I called to make an appointment for a daughter who had not been a patient yet because she had no need, I was told that even though she is part of our family who all are seen here, that they would not take her. I’m talking a routine school visit that I was willing to schedule for 3-4 months out. I was told to just find a new doctor for the whole family. ? Save time and find someone you like that you can stay with. Such a waste. I understand why they have 2.5 stars on yelp.

Dr. Watson barely looked at me during our 15 minute appointment. Ive been struggling with bladder pain for over 6 months. She Googled my symptoms and suggested I change my lifestyle before even asking about my lifestyle. It’s so difficult to find good care in a big city so I'm leaving this review to help others in their search for good quality care. I’m sure there are quality doctors at this office but Dr. Watson is not one of them.
