Kind of surprised to see all the negative reviews. This carrier (at least the SLC warehouse) is doing a decent job, on par with the rest of the larger delivery companies.

Worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Have my package, confirmed with them the delivery address is correct. Still trying to deliver to a wrong address in a city 40 miles away. Saying it will take 1-2 days to reschedule delivery. I may never buy a product from any business that uses them.
