BUYER BEWARE: If your machine stops working, you are out of luck with this company (LifeSpan Fitness). I purchased a TR1200i treadmill online in November and it was working perfectly up until 2 weeks ago. I can't believe that after less than 4 months of owning this treadmill, it isn't operational. In the owners manual there is a customer service telephone number that is no longer in service. Went online to contact customer service and only way to get any help is through email. I've sent 3 emails in 2 weeks with 0 replies. My treadmill is stuck on a lubrication notification on the screen making it inoperable and I've spent hours online trying to find a work around. I've lubed the belt, thoroughly cleaned all parts and have pushed every combination of buttons to get it to go away and nothing works. I am hoping I didn't pay $1,000 for nothing. Please, someone reach out and assist, I normally don't write Karen-style reviews but this is completely unacceptable.

We bought a LifeSpan TR40000i from a local store in California. It's one of their cheaper models, but it did the trick for us and helped us exercise during wildfire smoke and on rainy days. Fast forward three-four years and the thing was super squeaky, even after lubricating the belt and fixing the joints. Customer service sent us a new drive belt, however, and it turns out you can replace that part yourself. Now the treadmill is as good as new and we expect it to last many more years. Fast forward three-four years and the thing was super squeaky, even after lubricating the belt and fixing the joints. Customer service sent us a new drive belt, however, and it turns out you can replace that part yourself.
Now the treadmill is as good as new and we expect it to last many more years. Thank you Brant at LifeSpan!

Was having an issue with my treadmill that I bought used from a third-party. When I contacted this company, the customer service walked me through the necessary steps to address the problem and even send me the part to fix it at no charge. Quick response by a very friendly service agent.
