We had used Perk-it throughout the years and had a good experience until last year. Zach never did the work we paid for and owes us over $2,000. I have left texts, calls and multiple messages without any response to date. Sadly disappointed.

Long story short, he took a very long time, did a very poor job, didn't finish the work, and took the money never to return or answer calls.
He will offer a very low price for the work. DON'T DO IT!!

They took our money and ran, they won’t answer call, texts, or emails, I’m out the money and never got the equipment.
Reading through their reviews, there is a theme; first visit is great, customer is excited, but then Zach drops off the map and ghosts the customer. My experience is consistent with that, except that I’ve got an unfulfilled order that was paid for nearly 6 months ago. Almost immediately after paying, I couldn’t get in touch with anyone at Perk-It anymore. Occasionally, I’d call from a phone number that they wouldn’t know, and *then* they’d answer, they’d be cheery and make a promise to be out the next day, but then they’d no-show and go radio silent. It’s extremely disappointing.
Other people speak highly of Perk-It, and maybe you’ll try them and have a good experience, but I would recommend that you call another company and save yourself time and aggravation and a rip-off.

We hired Zach to do all of the wiring and network installing of an industrial facility in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Following over a month of delay and repeated unreliability from Zach, we had to cancel our working with him.
Zach appeared to have personal/professional issues which stoped him from being able to work on what we hired him for.
While we understand this, no amount of issues justifies Zach's unreliability.
We sincerely wish for him to get his things together but for now, we strongly recommend that you find another contractor.

Zach came out and installed a door system for the company I work for. There were a few items that needed to be buttoned up after the initial install. However Zach will not respond to our calls or emails. They still owe us 100 proxy cards that we already paid for.Zach installed new door handles and they do not work with our master key. Zach said he could get them keyed the same.

Zach from Perk-IT did a great job installing and calibrating my home theater system. He was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the job. The company also managed to upgrade the hardware I wanted at a price that could not beat.Overall a great experience with Zach and his team at Perk-It.I would use Perk-IT for all my future home audio, theater and security needs.

Perk-IT is a great group to work with. Jonathan was the main Tech we worked with and he and his Team did a great job. He was good to follow up to make sure the job was completed as expected. They were able to install new ethernet jacks throughout my home and move my fiber modem to my utility room. Looks great, I would hire them again.

I hired Perk IT to re-install security cameras after another company botched it. They were prompt, communicated clearly, and installed the cameras perfectly. They helped troubleshoot the wifi and ensured all was working as expected. I would recommend Perk IT.

Needed help with some ethernet cables. Was expecting to have to book out a week or so but Kevin came same day and got everything hooked up. Incredible service and very friendly people. Will absolutley be using them for any future networking projects!
