I have been working with Platform Tax for many years. The staff are all wonderful and extremely accommodating. They take as much pain out of Taxes as they possibly can and make the process as enjoyable as possible. I can't recommend them any higher than I will not consider switching to anyone else.Absolutely the most wonderful people to work with.

As an active client, it took 6+ weeks to get a response from them after multiple calls and emails. they finally responded saying if I didn't like that I could go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place as a new client.

We have been working with Platform Tax for the past 5 years. Tax season is not something we worry too much about because of their amazing team and thorough service. Our taxes are somewhat complicated with our combination of business ownership and employment from out of state employers. I also have Platform Tax take care of my company's payroll. Through all of these items, their team is always helpful, concise, and happy to answer our many questions. We continue to work with them year after year and recommend them to our friends and colleagues, often!

Natalee and the rest of the team are fantastic. My wife and my taxes consist of W2's, several LLC's, and real estate specific ownership, acquisition, and management operations. Natalee responds immediately to emails and is always available to hop on a call as needed.10/10 would recommend.

Natalie is honest in her dealings with us and how she does our taxes. She knows what she is doing. She is always available, she responds with in 24 hours any questions we have and is not afraid to admit that she doesn’t know the answers but then she finds out immediately.I will stay with Natalie and Platform Tax for years.

Using Platform Tax was super convenient. I appreciate the online portal for easily exchanging documents, signatures, and even quick online payment. I felt like they kept track of me as an individual.

As a small local business owner I looked for advice and guidance in tax preparation and planning for my company. When I spoke with Natalee she was VERY put out and annoyed with me having questions regarding her fees and explanation of my tax breakdown and liabilities. She stated in an email “ I just don’t have the time or energy to convince someone of the value I provide.” WOW, she let me know I could pick up my documents and find another CPA and “graciously” said she would not charge me. The lack of professionalism and client concern is reason enough to avoid Platform Tax not to mention the patronizing and condescending attitude is very off putting as well. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your tax and accounting needs.

Personal swore at me when I inquired about doing my taxes. Would not add information to make taxes correctly which would have cause me fines and penalties. Do not recommend.

Platform Tax & Consulting is fast, professional, and provides excellent customer service. I have used them multiple times, but, used a different service last year. Needless to say, I have returned to Platform after a disastrous experience with another company. They are responsive and completed our tax returns without any delay.
