From the first phone call to the in person meeting I’m very pleased with my experience at Prestman Auto. They have a low-key laid-back feel with friendly sales and finance people. Nick, Alejandra and Tracy treated me like family! They have a lot of inventory to choose from, and I was able to find a great deal! If you’re looking for a great deal on a vehicle I definitely recommend Prestman Auto!

For years I have been afraid to touch a vehicle with a branded title. However, that changed after my experience with Prestman Auto.Recently I had heard that Prestman had developed a reputation for selling really clean vehicles with branded titles, so I decided to check it out for myself. Right away I discovered that their inventory and selection of vehicles was extensive and impressive. In fact, I ended up purchasing a totally different vehicle than what I originally went there to look at.My sales rep, Alajandra, made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. No pressure, no stress, and very accommodating. I feel that I got a great car at a great price. I even closed my purchase on a Saturday when my mechanic's shop was closed. They let me take the vehicle home on Saturday so I could have my mechanic check out the vehicle on Monday. They then agreed to fix the issues that my mechanic identified at no charge to me.Can't say enough good things about my experience with Prestman Auto. I would absolutely buy a vehicle from them again.

The service department and the detailing department get top marks. The sales department and the finance department and I guess the upper management get very low marks because after the contract was finalized and then they bought my car, which had a clean title, I was ignored by the said sales department. I know enough about cars and dealerships to navigate through on my own but I paid very close attention to the after the sale treatment and I will buy more vehicles in the very near future but it won't be from Prestman. Live, learn and don't accept poor customer service. I don't.

We bought our 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Heritage Edition from Prestman Auto a month ago and LOVE it! Our Client Advisor Austin Castillo was awesome! He made sure we were taken care of. We went to several dealerships looking at Ford Broncos. One of our stops was at Prestman where we met our Client Advisor Austin Castillo. He never pressured us and when the time was right we returned to buy the car. The sales manager was amazing as well! We just had an great experience at Prestman! Thank you for the great customer service! We were treated like Rock Stars!

Bought a 2019 WRX on 07/12/23. 3 days later, I get a code for ECM/PCM. Take the car into a Subaru dealer in Reno and get told the ECM is dented in and damaged and that the engine harness is damaged and shorting out. Havent even had the WRX long enough to register it in the 2k miles ive driven (700 going back home a state away). Its been in the Subaru shop since 08/29/2023 and STILL in there today. The extended warranty I have won't cover the ECM since it was "wrecked". Good guess that Prestman Auto did not go over their vehicles completely and just wanted to hurry and sell it woth issues. So who pays to fix this car that I can't even drive? Or do I need to take the legal route until someone takes fault and makes this right?

I worked with Scott Wagaman when I purchased my 16 Audi Q5 3.0T Premium Plus SUV. A great guy with answers to all my questions and made the purchasing process easy. Enjoyed the Massage chairs before meeting with their finance guy Justin who was also so helpful. A great experience and I love my Audi!

Had a great experience at Prestman. Everyone was forthcoming and diligent about making sure I was taken care of. I interacted with many employees, but Scott, the salesman, and DJ, who made sure the truck was ready to go, were outstanding. I had trepidations buying a rebuilt title, but I did my due diligence and decided it was worth the risk. The full warranty helped mitigate my concerns. I would never go blindly into any kind of deal, but I would recommend considering a deal with these fellows based on my experiences.

Some advice for anyone looking to make a purchase here. As we know, they specialize in branded AKA salvage title vehicles. They're usually priced 1/3 or so below non-branded title vehicle pricing but will likely come with one of the following; - A smell if branded by flood or hurricane. - An electrical issue if by lemon AKA buyback. - Noise/Bad Paint/Body Panel Gaps if by branded/totaled by a collision. Don't rely on dealer to give you reason, just Google the VIN number in the listing and you'll see pictures of it wrecked, and also give you an explanation of the type of salvage it has in addition to what State it's coming from. So, for the advice, I'd recommend looking at one that was in a flood or damaged in the rear. I say flood because many large insurance companies will total entire dealership lots (100's) and dealerships like this will buy them, and you can usually find a really good car. Look under seats and bolts inside floor of car, and if rusted, don't buy it. That means water got inside the actual cabin. Also, look for cars that were wrecked in the back. With this, there's minimal electrical, no engine or transmission parts, so worst you'd have is misalignment of panels, noises or bad paint. Considering you get $1,000's off by buying here, you have to go in knowing what to expect. Most people don't do it but I'd recommend a body shop to inspect vs dealership. Also, don't buy the warranty. Many other people mention it here but that's where I got hosed the most. I paid over $3k for a warranty that was "premium" however both things that went wrong weren't covered. I was irritated but what was I gonna do? I was going to take it to the nearest dealer for the repair, except two different brand name dealerships have a policy of not working on branded title vehicles, so now what do I do? Luckily l was able to get outve the car but not without losing a few $$'s, and learning a lifelong lesson in the process - Stick to buying a year or three old vehicle with under 30k miles, and you'll be good.

We were treated like VIP’s. After two days of shopping dealership to dealership all over Salt Lake Valley, Prestman Auto changed the way I felt about shopping for a car. They were fun, friendly, relaxed and patient. Our salesman Nick Neel was amazing. He found us the exact car we were looking for; a white Ford Expedition and made arrangements and an appointment for us to see and drive it. When we got there, he was waiting for us with the car pulled right up front. He went through all the features, walked us through the Carfax and let us take as much time as we needed to ask questions. We fell in love with the Ford Expedition he had. The staff all worked together to be of service to their clients. It felt like all the salespeople were one team instead out for themselves. The other staff we interacted with were the sales manager Paris, Chris the finance manager who made the paperwork simple and quick, Matt the floor manager who took our pictures for us and made sure we had everything we needed, and DJ another sales person who came out after we had purchased the car and walked us through all the electronics. I don’t know who owns this dealership but they have made their dealerships somewhere you feel well cared for. I almost wished that the whole process had taken longer. I was loving the massage chair, popcorn, and drinks. After we had completed our purchase we got to sign the red, hot chili pepper, they gave us T-shirts and filled our car with gas. Now that’s what I call treating your clients right. Yup, I felt like I had been given the VIP treatment.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Read the most recent comments from this place!!! You might see many good reviews, I also wrote a great review when I bought the vehicle but deleted it a week later which I'm sure a lot of these good reviews will do as well. Buying experience is so smooth and easy, UNTIL YOU PAY!!!! They are liars about EVERYTHING!!! These people scam you then block you!!! They need to be shut down! They will ignore your calls and concerns! I bought a car on line that they said had a clean title but in reality it was a savaged title. I was buying the car when I was overseas and I had limited access to communication so I trusted my salesman Nick. My mistake! I bought the car and paid thousands extra for the extended warranty and found out it has MAJOR mechanical problems that the extended warranty won't cover because it's preconditioned from the dealer. The repairs are $16,000 on this newly purchased car and Prestman claims they aren't responsible even though the warranty company has seen this ongoing issue with the car while in the possession of the dealership. Such a disappointment!!!! PLEASE save yourself the trouble and money and go ANYWHERE else!!! Prestman might look like a great deal on the outside but the hidden costs after your purchase are excessive!!!DON'T Do It!!!

Unbelievable car buying experience! Lessie Prestman was the perfect car salesman. I had no intention of going in and picking up this beautiful f150 but Lessie Prestman was patient, responsive to any questions and extremely friendly. His willingness to communicate and get to know me made all the difference. He even took the time to follow up over the next couple of days to ensure the truck was still perfect for me. 10/10 would recommend he sell a car to anyone.Prestman Auto definitely has a returning customer as the entire staff really took the time to make you feel comfortable and their warranty is impossible to pass up! We had a great experience at Prestman Auto with DJ who helped us find the right Subie for our daughter. He was very patient and helpful and I never felt pressured. I accidentally left something in one of the cars and DJ recovered it for me as well. We will be back when it comes time to purchase a car for our son.
