I purchased my vehicle in 2019 from the Lehi location and had a great experience which is the only reason I’m balancing my rating at 2 stars. The service department is 0 stars. I immediately had a “service airbag system” message come up on my car so I brought it in. They said they needed to order a new part and would call me when it came in. Well 4 years later I’m still waiting for that call! Obviously I called them back but since then and 2 other times I’ve needed to bring it in to be serviced, they’re scheduling 2 months out. When my radiator went out and the car was not drivable, there was no exception. So I’ve never been able to bring it back since. The gal that always answers the phone, Tammy, isn’t friendly.. I imagine because she gets a lot of grief from people about how far out they’re scheduling.

These guys were terrible. Wouldn't show us what we wanted and kept showing vehicles with high miles after telling them multiple times what we were looking for. After offering an appraisal multiple times when agreed to have it done the appraiser wasn't there (on a Saturday). The entire time they kept pressuring us into allowing them to do a credit check even before we had a chance to look at anything. If you pay attention to their positive reviews it's mostly accounts with few reviews.

We've now bought 4 cars from Prestman and they've all been great! The other cars have been purchased by my family members and they've had no issues either. This is a great place that puts customer service as a high priority. Don't hesitate to get a car from here, it's worth it!

It has Beigin very disappointing everything about Prestman Service, the customers service is extremely bad and very Rude and unprofessional, since we purchased our Honda Odyssey, we had only problems with it for repairs that they should have done from the beginning but I have bring the van four times and they have not fix the plastic protection for the right tire, that is robing on the tire every time we turn the wheel, I left my van for 5 days for a flat repair and to fix the plastic cover for the tire and ………….. I have to called 3 to 5 times a day to find out if it was ready…. But nobody answered for 3 days, I had to go personally and find out that they just finish the flat tire and the they are going to charge me $25:00, and the problem with the plastic cover they did not even lock at it and if they are going to fix it it was going to cost me $575.00, it is sad how they play with people after they sell you a car, ( I spoke with Taylor the store manager and after a big argument he agreed that they are going to cover the cost of the repair…… I just hope they do, We are waiting for the parts and see what happens.

Tami was so friendly. She's the auto shop friend you never knew you needed. The process was smooth and she was very prompt in communicating with me. 10/10 for Tami. The service was also flawless, my new car is loving the new bra. Snug fit, very supportive!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! If i could give zero stars for the level of dishonesty and team orchestration of scamming i would!!! The person who goes over the contract with you (Justin Cole) will talk like an auctioneer and slip sneaky dishonest things into your contract without any verbal disclosure!! My son bought his first car with them and they majorly took advantage of his inexperience. They never mentioned that the odometer was inaccurate yet slipped into the contract that it was not working- obviously a major factor in anyone's decision to purchase a vehicle is the correct amount of miles that have been accrued. They also verbally said the contract was contingent on a mechanical inspection and looking back over the contract they literally put a box with a checkmark that said "no promises" if you want to be fully taken advantage of and taken for a ride and be stuck with a lemon car go with these guys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE AND NOT THE GOOD KIND - not to mention it's a group of all male staff who will say anything they can just to get you to sign the contract and get out the door, might as well have been signing a deal with Ursula the Seawitch - dishonesty and scamming at the most despicable level. You will get taken advantage of, you can count on it.

Please do not buy a vehicle from these people I bought a vehicle from these people and paid 5k for a warranty they wouldn't cancel the warranty and they will not let me take it to there shop
