Recently had to redo our basement after a total flood. What a mess! Discouraged we started to look for carpet and were referred to Pro Source by our next door neighbor getting her basement done also. Shane was our first contact, listened carefully to what we wanted, nice, professional, and guided us to a perfect choice of carpet and pad. Smooth transaction, their installer was best we ever had in the 50 years we have lived in our home,( we have had many) and a fair price based on the quality of the carpet and the size of the project. Highly recommend these folks!

I don't know why there are bad reviews on here. We went all over SLC to find commercial carpet and couldn't find anything we liked. We ordered carpet from here because they were the only ones in SLC that had a great selection and the only ones that had carpet that we liked. Stockton was great! In the future we will go to this place first to shop.

Diane was incredibly patient with me and very knowledgeable! I made several trips lugging LVP samples in and out of the store (if you know then you KNOW how heavy these are!) to view at home in my kitchen remodel. I highly recommend buying here! I bought flooring from another company and never placed it my house because the product was too flimsy (returned it). The price at ProSource was more, but the quality in product will last a very long time in my kitchen, worth every penny spent!

Shane is amazing! He is very helpful and patient. He is very quick to respond and his follow up is impeccable. Prosource has every imaginable type of carpet, wood, LVP, tile, etc. You cannot go wrong with shopping here.

Diane was extremely helpful in our search to replace our old flooring. She took the time to really understand what we were looking to get out of the floors and what conditions they would be installed in to help us find a product that we love. Going through Prosource was a great way to go.

ProSource was absolutely top of their class with customer service and pricing! I had looked at just about every flooring provider in the Salt Lake area and not only did ProSource beat out the others' pricing, they did it quickly and efficiently.
