I absolutely loved working with Ana! From the moment she answered the phone to the minute I walked into the office she has been welcoming and warm. My garage door just had repairs on it and it was still finicky and tough. Almost having to push my move in date however she acted quick and had it repaired less than an hour later. Literally AMAZING. Thank you Ana, you are a true gem

I agree with the review before me do not rent here and do not trust the good reviews either. They will not be honest about the price that you are going to end up paying and they will jack up the price without any notice to you whatsoever by $40 or $50 up! My rent was $171 they jumped it to $213 I called multiple times and one time, two weeks ago, I spoke to Anna and she said she was going to escalate this to her boss and that I would receive an email. I did not receive an email and left another message and now they are avoiding me. I will report them to BBB for these shady predatory practices I’m tired of their games. Do not rent with Public Storage. You will regret it.
