Great experience with these guys! Nate from the service department helped me out big time. I left my debit card at home and only had cash in hand. He used his own card to pay for the transaction and sent me on my way! Thanks guys!!

I’m a professional bicycle mechanic and I can say with total confidence that rad power bikes are the worst e-bikes on the market. I would not recommend them to anyone. In fact, I will go out of my way to turn people away from these horrible death traps of bikes. Do NOT buy rad power.

I was a little down on the company because you cannot call anyone and get a person. I finally just showed up at the store, and they were great! Very helpful and friendly. My issue was resolved in no time.
