“My comment is on amazing service. Came in when they opened. They quickly identified my wheel problem. some dummy put a non TLR tire on a TLR setup. (Yeah I’m the dummy). 🤣
Quinn was nice enough to make me feel like I wasn’t alone in doing that. Said it would get done that day. I think I got a message 20 minutes later that the repair was done.
I’ve had great experiences with other Trek stores before moving to SLC. Glad to see this store maintains the same high standards.

“Had an emergency gear failure while in town to snowboard. The sole on my - like new - boots was peeling apart. Called a few other shops who weren’t very helpful said they could only sell me new boots. The team at Cottonwood Board Shop & Cyclery picked up the phone ready to help right away. They had my boots glued together like new within a few hours so I could get back on the mountain the next morning. Pricing was extremely reasonable and saved me from wasting a $200 lift ticket! Support a local small shop who takes care of people! Give these guys your business!”

“Outstanding experience with Contender Bicycles. I purchased an X-Labs GT8 gravel bike and Peter was my contact throughout the process. He quickly reached out to answer any questions and offered to setup the tires tubeless before shipping. The shipping was absolutely perfect with every part wrapped with packaging material. Shipping to San Francisco was only three days and setup was about 30 minutes with just the front wheel, bars, and seat post removed. The bike itself was perfect and I love it. They also helped me from throwing away a specialized rockhopper bottom bracket frame that was slightly stripped out and got a kid back out riding again for the nica season! Thanks again!”

They made sure we weren’t buying more than what we needed and would have support when taking the bikes to Nevada. Mariah was patient given we are novice bikers and have limited experience. “Absolutely incredible service! My bike arrived quickly, was packaged extremely well, and was easy to finish assembling. Everything worked perfectly except for one component that wasn't functioning properly.
I contacted their customer service team, and they responded immediately. They quickly started the warranty process and shipped a replacement part without any hassle. They have taken care of everything from start to finish.
What impressed me most was receiving a personal phone call from a real person who took the time to explain exactly how they were going to resolve the issue. That level of customer service is rare these days.
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This is a company that truly stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. They are doing business the right way!”
