I was in a bind late Saturday into Sunday 3/23/2024-3/24/2024 I couldn't get back into my Airbnb being my code to the door didn't work . I walked three blocks in the pouring rain to find a room and I walked into the Radisson in downtown Salt Lake City. The young lady Marie helped me out with great service and I showed her my info on my cell phone about the Airbnb. I woke up early that morning. I went to the front desk. Marie was still there and a young man standing with her was beside her whose name I did not catch . He lent me his cell phone charger to charge my phone which was very nice of him and I returned it within a half hour .I will definitely stay at the Radisson again and thank you all for your kind service ? Marie and the young man get five stars !!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I made a mistake booking the hotel on line. When I got there their policy said they couldn't check me in for that night but the manager helped me out. Appreciated it.

They updated everything but there isn’t any comfortable furniture! The fridge is so noisy because it’s on a hard floor. Service was friendly but very slow. My room had a 30 year old toilet it took 10 min to fill. It’s clean and ok for the

Decent location and reasonably clean amenities, but some of the worst service that's ever been inflicted upon myself and my wife. And one staff member in particular needs to be singled out for his horrendous behaviour and borderline psychotic tendencies. The chubby, balding bloke in the glasses at the front desk is an absolute grot who under no circumstances should be employed in a public-facing position. This pig was rude, condescending and even outright aggressive towards my heavily pregnant wife - a woman much smaller than him - who simply wanted assistance with the malfunctioning wifi. She felt threatened by this thug, who shouted at her, invaded her personal space, and spluttered in her face to the point she felt it was a health risk.Like all bullies, this prick almost burst into tears and started ranting and raving about being a victim when I politely, yet firmly, told him not to speak to my wife in such a manner.During my stay at the Radisson I witnessed this wannabe tough guy demeaning and belittling other customers on a rwgular basis. Maybe he's going through a tough time at home, perhaps he has issues with substance abuse, but under no circumstances should this clown be allowed to negatively impact the experiences of paying guests. My wife was left in tears after her encounter with this maniac, and I feel like it's only a matter of time until this creep is responsible for a more serious incident. If this dog treats a pregnant woman in such a disrespectful way, how will he treat an elderly customer, a disabled person, trans foll, or a person of colour? Please, management, this menacing, oafish chubby check-in man can't be allowed to destroy the experiences of further customers.I'm not usually one to advocate for people losing their jobs for gross misconduct, but if Radisson cares a scrap about their customers, this grub will be escorted out the front door, kicking and screaming, by a couple of burly security guards.Thinking about coming here? Pack your pepper spray, you might need it.

This hotel was very clean. I appreciate the hardwood floors. The staff was very kind and helpful with every interaction I had. I only ate in the restaurant once but I wish I had eaten more because I think it was actually better than some places nearby. Great hotel if you are going to to the convention center!

Walkability: Walking ng distance to plenty of restaurants, breweries, and Delta Center. Next to rail.

The staff, for the most part, just plays on their phones. They're "remodeling," so the answer to any question is "No." They didn't discount the room rates, but everything was out of order or not available. The restaurant and bar staff are useless. While sitting in the lobby, it became a game to count how many times the staff said, "No." Not once was there a "let me see what I can do. " Just No.Well, DO NOT stay here. Stay at a property that cares about their guests.Other properties that are likely better:Motel 6Days InnThe SidewalkGutter InnThe ParkRooms: Haven't been updated in a decade. Towels have holes. It's kind of clean.Nearby activities: It's very close to Salt Palace, but I'd rather walk 500 miles than stay here again.Safety: Not a safe location!!Food & drinks: The restaurant and bar are terrible. Just go to McDonald's for some quality food!! Food and drinks are over priced, not good quality.Noteworthy details: Choose ANY other property!!

Location is fine, rooms look good, but the heater in our room was so loud we could hardly sleep.

We attended the Bad Bunny concert at the Delta Center, while the location was convenient and walking distance our experience at the hotel was not so great. To begin our bed was broken, if you sat down on it you could hear the springs pop and the bed collapsed into the floor. The vending machine ate our $6.00 and gave us nothing, the front desk shrugged and said it’s not ours. The first maid knocked on our door at 8 am, the 2nd maid just entered the room and then quickly left. Then whomever proceeded to start construction work on the neighboring room. The hotel seems very disorganized, I wouldn’t stay here again no matter the convenience to walking location. There are other options.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Price was very affordable through priceline, under a hundred a night.
