Less expensive than 5 star hotels, but what a deal. Terrific customer service, perfect bed IMHO, clean room, good forceful hot shower and plenty to eat at the free breakfast. It even has gym equipment. I did not try the pool. The airport shuttle was easy and available. Highly recommend this hotel.

Don’t remember which room I had. But the bath fan didn’t work it just hummed. After a quick shower the ceiling was dripping and previous stains on ceiling proved it hasn’t been working. Bottom of tub on the outside was leaking thru the tile. Pool was dirty and had water bugs swimming around

Please do not mistaken old for dirty! I feel most of these reviews are before new management.
From what I'd seen from my stay is a hard working staff that maintains this property's, cleanliness, and service at a. Respectable level. I hope that with this continued effort they are able to demonstrate this hotels competensy.

We waited an hour in the check-in line. Absolute worst hotel experience ever. Waiting in line without knowing if there was going to be any rooms available or having any sort of communication is unacceptable. There were two employees at the front, but only one was helping customers. When I finally got to the front I heard him tell someone that there were no vacancies. So I expressed that he should tell the line behind us of 20 to 30 people that there aren't vacancies so they stop waiting in line. He mumbled something under his breath and waved me off. No one was wearing a name tag so I don't know who was helping us (or lack of helping) but, I saw a sign that said Jalpa Soni was the manager on duty. Not mention that I called to get a shuttle pickup and no one answered and then I called again 10 minutes later and the front desk guy said that the shuttles on its way and I waited an additional 20 minutes before I called the shuttle again and then he expressed it he's 10 minutes out. Keep in mind that the hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. So all in all 40 minutes waiting for the shuttle and then an hour waiting to get checked in. Would not recommend.

The hotel it’s extremely clean! Looks renovated. It’s pretty close to the airport and they offer shuttle every 30min. The staff is very nice. There’s one bar/restaurant and one Indian restaurant in the lobby, the food was good. Also there’s a pool. I mean… for $80 it’s a real deal!

Delta put me up here after they didn't have enough pilots. The shuttles phone wasn't working, it stopped at a different location than the hotel told us. The breakfast was abysmal, not an egg in sight. Most of the room was clean, except the tub. There was a single roll of tp and a single tissue left in the box. And I was told shuttles left every 30 minutes in the morning so I figured I'd leave early since I was up only to learn that they only had the shuttle come for slots people had signed up for the night before. Overall I hope to never be back.

Had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, but what really make the difference was the front desk. Rasool was super helpful and kind, he made check in easy and even helped me with few questions I had. Honestly great service, I will defenetly come back.

To start off when we checked in the clerk didn’t speck great English, so we had a hard time understanding him but overall friendly and polite. The room door wouldn’t close right you had to move it up and over to get it to close. The bedroom itself wasn’t too bad, the bed was decently comfortable. The part that really got me was the bathroom was disgusting, there was mold in the shower that looked like they just tried to cock over it instead of getting rid of it. I have no idea what was in the celling but it was gross and the base boards look like they hadn’t been cleaned in at least a few weeks maybe months…

THIS PLACE WILL TAKE A DEPOSIT FOR A ROOM AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT ONCE YOU LEAVE I WAS THERE JUNE 30TH UNTIL JULY 4TH 2025 AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK YET AND IT HAS BEEN PAST THE 15 BUSINESS DAYS SO I'M JUST GOING TO PLACE A CIVIL SUIT AGAINST THIS HOTEL AND I CALL BACK TO FIND OUT ABOUT MY DEPOSIT AND I AM TOLD IT HAS BEEN RETURNED WHICH IS A LIE DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND TODAY IS AUGUST 5, 2025 RUDE WAIT STAFF I HAD TO LEAVE ONE STAR BUT IN REALITY IT'S A ZERO STAR FROM ME AND MY FAMILY

This is a pet friendly hotel with pet fees and security deposit. Room were clean, but somewhat dated. The door for my son’s room did not want to shut properly and was in need of repair. It works in a pinch when passing through.

Pronav was so amazing. Exceptional customer service rooms are great, and people are amazing thank you so much we will be back
