We absolutely enjoy working with RC Willey. Lived in Utah for years but moved to San Diego. While on a ski trip we found furniture we had to have. Jason, our salesman, was kind enough to get it shipped to Las Vegas. We hopped a quick flight, grabbed a U-haul, and everything was there as agreed. We trust the quality, selection, and caring provided by RC Willey. Thank you!!

RC Willey and the sales people are always incredibly nice and treat us very well. As we update our house everything is coming from RC Willey. The quality of flooring and furniture as well as the warranties are just top notch.

All personnel are top notch. All are very helpful and friendly. The problem we have entering the Salt Lake City store that don't exist in other R C Willey stores is a noxious odor that gives us a headache. I don't know how to describe the odor except it is like chemicals used in manufacturing.

Rc Willey delivered the day they promised they sent me a text message several days prior to and the day of with exact time of delivery. They made it within 15 minutes. The two gentlemen delivering the equipment were prompt courteous and didn’t fail to smile, especially delivering two big bedroom sets.

The store was nice and not crowded. The sales associates maintained a respectful distance not hovering, intruding or following us around, but close enough to ask questions. We did make a purchase. Delivery delayed because our items need to be shipped in from out of state.As a side note, it was so hot inside the store it kept us from further browsing and drove us out into the cool light rain.
