I have rented mobility scooters from this place on my last few visits to Salt Lake City. The last time I rented one the scooter kept showing that it needed to be charged within an hour or two after starting out in the morning even though the scooter had been charging all night. I contacted Red Rock and they sent a person to look at the scooter immediately. It was determined that a loose wire was causing it to look like the scooter needed charging. RRMS was more than fair with compensating me for the inconvenience since there weren't any other scooters available to rent. This will always be my go to medical supply store when I visit SLC.

I receive my meds from here and they're amazing to work with ! They do same day delivery with no extra charge if you're in the area, or you have the option to pick up there as well. I haven't had any issues with them and it's been a pleasure to work with them.

Just wanted to take a second to thank the awesome team over at Red Rock Medical Supply in Salt Lake City! I recently had a major surgery and they made sure that I had a fancy walker delivered before my big day!I had so much peace of mind knowing that I was going to have everything I needed when I got home from the hospital!Thanks you guys! ❤️♥️

I would like to give a huge thank you to Michelle, Jeff and Isaac at Red Rock in Salt Lake. My husband has stage four bone cancer and has been having a hard time getting out bed. He called Michelle to talk to her about options, such as a medical bed, etc. She talked to Isaac for ideas and they came up with a hand rail that has been a game changer for for my husband. Then the same day, Jeff came to our house to install it for us. This was definitely a team effort and they all went of of their way to help us solve my husband’s problem. Thank you all so much! We love Red Rock and their team.

We came to Salt Lake City from Califirnia to visit friends and brought moms oxygen concentrator with us since she suffers from altitude sickness. Unfortunately we forgot to bring the face mask for sleeping. She used the cannula to sleep with the first couple nights but it didn't work very well. So we called red rock medical supply to see if they would sell us a face mask. They said sure come on down. Apple Maps took us to a different facility (still red rock medical supply but more of an office not the warehouse). When we explained the situation the manager called over to the warehouse and Michelle stayed open late to wait for us to pick it up. That's really great customer service! Thank you Michelle!

I called with questions about a wheelchair and a hospital type bed for a relative of mine, and Michelle L. was absolutely AMAZING! I had many questions, yet she was patient, knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. I can't remember a time when I left a call feeling so good about my customer service. Michelle L. was extremely helpful with everything I needed. I can be a picky person and they accommodated everything I needed. She helped me to feel heard, understood, and taken care of. I hope she gets a raise soon, it’s hard to find good employees like her that go so above and beyond.

Placed an order over the phone with Michelle. I had a lot of questions and she went over and above to answer all of them. Within a few hours the items I ordered was delivered at my door by an extremely friendly driver, Jeff. Everything was delivered with care, plus had a nice little surprise included with the delivery. Highly recommend RedRock medical. Friendly people and great prices.
